Perfect size for a family staying at the beach. Close drive to the beach.

Loved the location and golf course view. Parking at the house was the only issue for us driving two larger vehicles and getting kids in and out. Overall a wonderful vacation!

I recently had the pleasure of returning to a vacation property that truly exceeded my expectations for the second year in a row. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, making me feel immediately at ease the moment I walked in. The attention to detail in maintaining such a spotless environment did not go unnoticed and truly added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
Moreover, the service provided was exceptional. From check-in to check-out, I felt well taken care of and valued as a guest.
I am continuously impressed by the commitment to cleanliness and service at this vacation property. The beds were VERY comfortable and the kitchen well supplied w dishes and cooking ware,utensils, etc. Nice having a Keurig coffeemaker,and toaster oven available.

Seabrook is a great location for a trip to Charleston and this condo is perfect for that long weekend visit. Favorite part is the screened porch on the back.

This cottage was perfect for our family at this time. The bed and bedroom arrangement fit us perfectly. Location close the to ocean but not to far from the pools and exercise equipment. We had bikes to get around and the location was great for that. I would stay at this cottage again if we required the same bedroom arrangement. Also the couch does fold out but we didn’t need it. Screened in Back porch was used in the morning and at night.

Loved this home! It was nicely updated, had everything we needed, gave ample space for our large family, and easy walk to Pelican Beach. Great outdoor space as well which we would definitely use when we come back in the spring. VERY comfortable beds which is always super important to us as well. We thoroughly enjoyed this location and home and will be back again!

This cottage was very clean and well kept. We were looking forward to the hammock on the back porch in the pictures but it wasn’t there but they had all new furniture and was great. The beds we’re comfortable and the living room was as well. We had a great time staying here. It was really quite and peaceful. Look forward to staying here again in the future.

The pool area and beach access was nice. Very expensive area. By the time you add all the fees I felt a little pricey. The condo moves when someone is actively walking inside.

Weekend Golf & Networking Trip
The property was as advertised and worked well for our group. Being centrally located on Seabrook and having access to their amenities was important. The Vacasa customer service text number was very helpful as we had a maintenance issue and a check out question which were quickly addressed.

Relaxing and Beautiful Home
I stayed here last week, and it was the best vacation myself and my family members have ever had. It was so easy getting into the home which smelled wonderful and was super clean. The kitchen was fabulous and FULL of utensils and other kitchen necessities. We wanted to move here. It's super close to the beach and everything else on the island that you would need. Fabulous, fabulous, FABULOUS! We will try to stay here again for sure!

Great beach cottage but needs TLC
Property was very clean (service does a great job.) Back porch was our favorite spot, beautiful!
The cottage does need furniture update, very worn. Bedding for queen (sheets were pilled and rough) and single bed room also needs replacement. Lighting in single bed room was only by lamp and that worked 1/2 time.
Bug problem…ants…roaches… is this property sprayed regularly? Plan on bringing beach chairs & umbrella. We rented bikes.
Overall, we still had a great time. Seabrook is a wonderful family spot for a low key and relaxing vacation.

Relaxing get away
This was our second trip to Seabrook Island. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation. This cottage had everything we needed. The large screened in porch was my favorite spot on the property! Lots of room with comfortable furniture and no bugs!!

This was a really great place to stay. It was very clean and included everything we needed for our weekend retreat. The unit is older and has a lot of charm. There have been nice updates done in the kitchen.
The screened in porch made for a really nice place to relax and to have meals. The unit is about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach.

Great House
The house was neat and tidy when we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped as well. Don’t bother getting groceries beforehand wait until you arrive there is a grocery store 3 miles away. We can’t wait to visit again.

Our stay at Summer Wind cottages was delightful amidst the chaos across the world. 1157 was spacious, well-stocked, and perfectly located within close proximity of the beach, shopping, and local restaurants.

Perfect getaway.
This three bedroom house was beautiful and comfortable. The screened in porch that looks out over the golf course was lovely and relaxing with really nice oversized furnishings.
We spent Christmas there and we were able to cook a big meal for the whole family and had an ample supply of dish wear and utensils as well as pots and pans. We plan to come back often to stay in this great house.
