We had the best stay in West Sedona at this property. Tom, the owner was attentive and intuitive to our needs, as everything is provided for in the home. From the location to local trails, restaurants, shopping etc. and the comfort of the very clean home, we had everything we needed for a memorable stay in Sedona. Like previous guests, we can't say enough about our host, Tom, and his property. Highly recommend it and we look forward to returning.

I can’t say enough good things about this property, or the host, Tom. The location was perfect for our hiking adventures. He was helpful in every way. It is centrally located where anything you would need, including a grocery store, pharmacy, etc. Having laundry available is a fantastic option. The house has a beautiful layout with lots of space. The other thing that we didn’t expect, but which was very nice is a wide assortment of condiments. The kitchen was equipped . Sometimes in these places they have a nice kitchen, but it doesn’t seem like anyone really cooks in it. That was not true with this place . We would recommend it to all of our friends and will definitely stay again if we are ever in Sedona.

House was perfect for a week with me and my 2 adult children. Very clean, close to everything, yet away from all the traffic of downtown Sedona. Views from the windows were spectacular. Would definitely stay again!

There were 5 ladies in our group & the home accommodated us perfectly. We had plenty of room & it was very comfortable with lots of amenities provided. Thomas was great with communication & information about the beautiful area of Sedona. Would love to visit again some day.

We were in town for a wedding. Lots of family flying in from out of state. The rooms at the resort were very pricey so we found great value in sharing the cost of the VRBO and loved the ability to have a functional homestead for the weekend. Highly recommended. The property owner was very attentive and our stay was flawless. Thanks again to Thomas for sharing his home with us. Made our weekend experience so much more comfortable and stress free.

Cozy 3 BR home nestled near Coffee Pot Rock. Conveniently located near 89A and just minutes away from Uptown Sedona. Host gave us excellent instructions and communication. We will stay heat anytime again in the future!

We had a fantastic time! The host Tom went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip. He was super helpful and made sure we were comfortable for the whole stay. The house was great! Very clean and roomy - we had 4 adults and a toddler and had plenty of space to relax and hang out together. The views from the living room and bedrooms are absolutely amazing! Pictures really don’t do it justice, you have to see it to appreciate the beauty. And the location is really convenient - grocery store and restaurants right down the street, only a few minutes from uptown. We went to Crescent Moon Ranch and visited family staying in the Village of Oak Creek as well multiple times over the weekend with under a 15 minute drive either direction. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend or stay here again next time.

My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and in a good location to Sugarloaf hiking trailhead which is short walk from house. It’s not too near the super touristy DT and was quite. You have to drive to the touristy DT if you’re wanting to see those places. Good restaurants within short drive. Here are a few items to note. 1. Beds are smaller size so if you need a king size bed, there aren’t any. 2. We were there in summer, sun rises early and main bedroom has high window with no blinds. Given the heat of the day, getting up with the sun to hike is advisable. 3. Have long hair? Bring conditioner as only shampoo provided or buy at supermarket just down the street. 4. Loved the unlimited filtered water to drink! 5. Check out chores were reasonable. I’d certainly stay here again.

This was our first time doing a vrbo. The place was fabulous and the owner made it all so easy. This just might our Sedona go to!

We had a great time at this wonderful retreat! Having the loft upstairs afforded a lot of privacy and 2.5 bathrooms rocked! The home was comfortable, clean and well stocked ( loved having a garage and washer/dryer) but the best part was running a mile or so down the road and finding a trailhead. Most of the sights were a very short car ride away. Highly recommend this home.

The house is clean and well maintained and organized. The summary description of the house says 1 1/2 baths on the VRBO website, but it does, in fact, have 2 1/2 baths. If you enjoy hiking, the trailhead leading to a number of lovely hiking trails is within walking distance of the house. Nice!

My family and I stayed at this property in West Sedona for 3 nights over Columbus Day weekend. The house was very well kept, clean and close to Coffee Pot Rock. Beautiful views from all the bedroom windows, especially in the master sweet upstairs! I was not familiar with Sedona but was so glad we stayed in West Sedona and away from all the traffic in the uptown area over the Holiday weekend. The house was very close to popular trails and just a few blocks off the main street 89A. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and definitely would rent this property again if we are in Sedona. Time went by to fast with so much to do.

The property was clean and neat. The property manager was very responsive. My wife and I and another couple shared the house, so it was nice having separate bathrooms. The other couple thought their bed was a little soft, but ours was great. The property was conveniently located for our purposes, in a quiet neighborhood with great vies of the red rocks. We had the use of the garage to park our car, which was nice. I would certainly recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in the Sedona area.

This is a great location for all Sedona area activities. A very spacious home with all the amenities we needed. Location of bedrooms allows for privacy for everyone. We all had an excellent time. Beautiful views of the Sedona red rocks.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay (too short!) at this property. The description of the property was very accurate but pictures don't do the home justice....it's beautifully decorated, very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for the light meals we made at home, though we didn't really do any cooking. We arrived in Sedona after dark and woke up to incredible views, from bed!!!! For anyone interested, the Sugar Loaf trailhead is a short walk from the property....we got some beautiful sunset photos there. There was a slight mix-up with our booking but the owner, Tom, bent over backwards to make it right. I highly recommend this property and hope to come back here on a return visit to the area!
