Dated but nice house. Needs many repairs.

Many items needing repair. Here is the list I gave the host. Do you want a fix it list? 1. Master bedroom shower leak (through 1st floor ceiling) 2. Battery for fan and light (fixed and spare battery in drawer). 3. 2nd floor bathroom hair dryer (attached to the wall) is missing the switch to turn on/off. 4. Dryer (2nd floor). Only runs hot (not low or medium) and shuts off mid drying cycle. It's pretty hot, so I presume it's overheating and turning off. 5. I think the dryer hose is not connected completely because it warms the house up nicely (but probably not safe). 6. 2nd floor bathroom latch installed backward. Someone from the hall can push and open the door when shut and locked. 7. Master bedroom door is very hard to shut and latch, you have to force it shut, likely house has shifted over the years. 8. The 6 plug in the 2nd floor kitchen, only a few of the plugs still work (which is why the internet was out when we got there). 9. Dishwasher leaks

ground floor sleeping (3 twin beds) adjacent to noisy heater outdoor bbq was not clean so passed on using the grill

Great family get away house. Tons of space and the perfect kids area downstairs with separate adults lounge upstairs.
