The shower pressure was too low

Extremely simple and clean, no nonsense place in a convenient area. Very good wifi. Spotless. amazingly quiet. Well managed and professional.

The area is safe and quiet but not particularly close to anything. But Santa Cruz is a bit like that anyway.

Very clean, quiet, good location

The owner didn’t really make us feel welcome. It was crazy hot in the room so we barely slept.

The owner is nice and helpful. She arranged an early morning taxi to the airport for us, for very reasonable price.

- The beds are rock hard, uncomfortable. - The owner let you pay the commission of Booking.com, so you pay more than in your reservation is state. - A room with fan but without air con is lake a sauna.

Good location, the hotel is very clean.

Unfortunately we were forced (explanations didn't help) to pay the booking fee of booking.com that is supposed to be payed by the hostel. Afterwards I saw in the reviews that I was not the only one - it's the general and very unjust practice by this hotel. So be prepared to pay more than stated in your reservation. After I expressed my objection (but I still had to pay more if I wanted to stay in the Hostel), the owner lady till the end of our stay was very rude. Apart from that the mattress was very uncomfortable.

Very friendly lady who runs the place. Basic, but nice place with big dorm + bathroom and lovely patio.
