We enjoyed Johny’s place as a home base for our NYC adventure. The five-minute walk to the subway, plenty of space for our family, the attention to security and the parking spot all helped to make us very comfortable. The proximity of the Lincoln Market plus the kitchen facilities made it easy for us to dine in when we chose to. I would wholeheartedly recommend this spot to anyone who can climb stairs. Johny was an attentive host and we were pleased to have met him in person.

Great place to stay with just a 3 block walk to the subway for access to Manhattan. Apartment was plenty of space and the owner was responsive. Would stay again.

Supers Vacances à New York grâce à Johny !!!!!!!!!!! Appartement très propre avec trois chambres avec grands lits et deux salles de bains... parfait pour notre famille de 6 personnes... Cuisine équipée complète avec bouilloire et machine à café... Supermarché situé à 100 mètres... Idéalement placé dans Brooklyn dans un quartier tranquille avec accès métro à 5 minutes à pieds et 45 minutes pour rejoindre Time Square... Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour et Johny repond toujours à nos questions dans un délai très court ... Franchement vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !!!!!!! Merci Johny

Wonderful stay! We had a great week in NYC. Johnny was wonderful! He was very responsive and mad our stay wonderful. This location is three blocks from Subway. Very easy commute. The apartment had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

This is a really well maintained apartment. The beds were nicely done. Clean sheets, and nice soft pillows. Both bathrooms were really clean and they were well supplied with soaps, shampoos as well as paper towels. The owner supplied adequate amount of clean white towels. The kitchen was well equipped. The dishes and bowls are extremely clean. They had a nice supply of both coffee and tea. I enjoyed my stay in there, and surely plan to visit again.

This apartment was a washer and dryer away from 5 stars. It was perfect for our family of 5. Great location! Subway is super close, great coffee shops nearby. Apartment is located on a quiet street, surrounded by really nice neighbors.

This is a huge floor for a family of 6, 8 if you use the pull out couch. Our family arrived very early morning from a Red eye, and Johny was very accommodating to our situation. He was always prompt answering any questions and concerns we had. Everything is brand new, each bedroom had plenty of space for storage, and we felt very safe staying here. Subway is couple blocks away, and about 40 min into the city. There's a couple restaurants and cafes walking distance away, but the bodegas (Like a 7-11) nearby covered most basics like water, breakfast staples, and missing toiletries. Thank you Johny for the fantastic stay, will definitely use again.
