The property was as pictured, the only issue we encountered was an abundance of mildew in the shower and the shower door in the master bathroom leaked horribly. Nothing seemed major enough to bother the owners.

What an amazing property. One of the largest condos on the Gulf. The furnishings were lovely and comfortable. Chris, the owner, was available to answer any questions, both before and during our stay. Great place for families, with anything you need at your fingertips. Location could not be better.

This condo has it all, location, design, easy to find and well equipped. The only problem is that we rented this unit for the Fabulous Whirlpool tub only to find that it is a real pain to use. It seems the tub switch is broke so you have to fill tub go turn on at breaker, leave tub soaking wet and go turn it back off. Also the fans are on remote controls and unless we missed something we did not know this, but Lady ar front desk was a great help. The Other people at front desk were rude and not at all helpful.Also cost to park in addition to the expense Also make sure you take trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, because there is only 1 trash bag for 4 days, only 1 load of dishes and nothing to wash dishes with by hand.I think we were spoiled by the other condo we stayed at that provided trash bags, dish sop and dish washing stuff.Overall very clean and lovely place, owner responded immediately to bathtub problem..There is a closet full of Beach stuff shut remember you have a long walk across busy highway to beach.P.S. Pools were all greatBeds are extremely hard though and bath towels are really tiny.

Convenient access to property. Short walk, about 3 minutes, to the beach. Very spacious.

Great place to stay! Love the 1st floor access! Bummed the pools weren't open normal hours and other amenities were unavailable during our stay. Beach was a short walk but worth it! Nice area and condo! Fridge/freezer didn't stay at a cooling temp. so stocking up on groceries was out. But, the bar fridge helped! The area was a bit light with other travelers, for a good part of our stay, the biggest plus was having the pools/ beach to ourselves, most days! Definitely adding this one to our list of return spots!!

We were very impressed with the property. The unit was very nice and big. The walk to the beach was not very far. Pools were very nice and the kids enjoyed fishing off the docks. We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed this place very much. Location is the perfect distance from crowds and traffic. Everything you need for a nice vacation.

The only problem is access to the beach. Should have more signs pointing the way and guests should be able to use owners entrance. To make guests walk down the busy road is a little extreme. The condo itself absolutely gorgeous. The owners excellent. The staff very friendly. I will definitely be staying again

Great location, beautiful property, spacious condo. Enjoyed the adult only pools and the view of Ole River with a constant parade of boats. Walk across the street to enjoy the Gulf. Very enjoyable stay.

This property was perfect! Very spacious, excellent amenities within the condo and in the luxury complex. The owner offered suggestions for restaurants, which we used and were very pleased! I definitely recommend this unit for anyone-it was so nice having the huge space and truly being able to relax with just a short walk to the beach!

WILL STAY AGAIN HAD A BLAST

Thisbis a beautiful, well kept, well equipped property. Chris and Lisa had the place stocked with everything we needed. The ONLY issue we had was our upstairs neighbors were teenagers and didnt START their parties until 2a every night...night desk was never there, so we didn't get much sleep. Otherwise, the facility and location were PERFECT!

Love this place and the unit was awesome! Had a wonderful time!

This is not the first time to use this condo. It is awesome and we will be back.

Everything exceeded our expectations!

The property was very nice, most of the people were friendly. Although there was a couple of questionable encounters from the staff (Teresa at the front desk and her husband who was security). They questioned some of my family members who were at the poolside visiting us upon our arrival. Otherwise, the condo was great! Great location right at the Alabama Florida state line. Make sure to check out Florabama! It's fun! Gulf (blue building) bar and grill right on the waterfront. We went to see fireworks at The Wharf and enjoyed the Ferris wheel. Tuesdays is kids night so we returned and our daughter enjoyed the bouncy houses, face painting and shopping at build-a-bear! We will definitely return and experience an "adults only" trip! Great family fun with private beach access across the street!

We only stayed one night but the condo was beautiful! The kids loved the pools and the beach access was easy to get to. Chris was very helpful and took care of any issues that came up. The staff at the property did a great job of helping us out and making sure everything was taken care of.

This condo was amazing! The amenities were also great! The ONLY complaint we had is that the master bed’s mattress did not sleep very well. It could have just been the fact that we are used to sleeping on a pillow top mattress. Just being honest. It definitely did not affect our stay! Would do it again!!! Thanks Chris!

Super nice condo. Owner very easy to work with! It was a first floor condo so view is what it is but was nice to walk right to room. Convenient to beach (access across the road with a private gate and code)food, and amenities. We would stay again for sure. Pool area was nice and relaxing and dock access was easy. Everyone was nice and courteous.

This condo had everything you need! It was very spacious and very nice. Loved being in the ground unit and just inside the entrance very convenient! Pools were great and not crowded at all. Walk to beach was the best I’ve stayed at on the bay side.....and had great beach front that was very clean. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Building is beautiful and convenient. Well appointed and maintained; great amenities.

Bella Luna is convenient and within walking distance to several restaurants, and of course the Flora Bama. Has a nice beach access also. Our unit was very spacious and well furnished and being on the ground floor ,made it very convenient to get to.

The condo was spacious and well appointed. Check in was super easy and the owner is very responsive. The only downside is that you do have to cross the street and walk a little bit to access the beach. The kids' pool was a big hit with our grandchild. Would definitely rebook there.

We loved it! Convenient to the beach, pools, workout facility, restaurants (short drive), etc. Owner was very organized and professional, we'll definitely keep this place on our list of favorites.
