For only needing the property to sleep and shower, it was great. I thought the bed was comfortable and the place was clean. As a Type A Planner, I LOVED his little guest book. It was so helpful. We also checked out a few restaurants and bars around the property. I loved my stay and if we come back, we'll most likely use this property again!

Guy is a very nice host, very accommodating and responsive. The apartment was clean and had all the essential items for a short stay. The location is very convenient close to the major highway. Nice neighborhood. All the amenities were in a working condition, the bed is comfortable. I would stay there again and would recommend.

I absolutely loved the space. The Host, Guy, was Johnny-on-the-spot. I picked the space knowing that the garden would be sleeping but it was a key factor in me choosing where to stay. The pricing is absolutely perfect for the space. Guy also has two amazing dogs that I just adored.

Over all place was nice.We came in after dark and it was very hard to find.It was raining and not well lit. We only saw the house number on the mail box the next day. The place was cute, the only thing was the shower tile could use cleaning with some bleach, And the pump soaps were hard to use because the soap was watered down.

I love how the owner gives you very detailed instructions about the property and it’s a nice touch as well that he made a binder with all pertinent info. Communication with the owner is excellent. The property was in great condition and I love how everything is so clean. My only problem was street parking which is common in the area but it would be nice is I didn’t have to worry about finding parking. But will definitely stay here again.

The property is VERY clear and the JFK airport is nearby, nice and safe community and I enjoy my time there the experience was great . I would recommend it to everyone who want to stay in that area.

The location is very nice. The one bedroom and bathroom and kitchenet we stayed in was very nice and comfortable. Detail instructions on how to get in with a book that had everything lined out, TV, bathroom, kitchen. restaurants and train station etc. Lots of little amentias, from individual soap bars, nice towels, internet TV, etc. Bed was very comfortable and two nice relaxing chairs besides table chairs and little kitchen table. Kitchen stocked with everything needed. There is also an outside table with chairs and an umbrella. Our host Guy was great from the start to the end with communication. Very nice place and would recommend it and will stay again when in town. Thanks again for hosting your place.

We went to N.Y for a 4 weekend to take care of some family stuff and have a little getaway. Our stay was excellent. The communication for check in and etc.was great. Location was convenient to airport and major parkways. The place was exactly as advertised in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends.

Great location off of the Southern State. Very comfortable stay, with a nice neighborhood to walk our dog. Gated patio. Highly recommend.

A good property with everything you might need for a stay on Long Island or if you're looking for someplace to stay and travel into New York City, as the Valley Stream Long Island Rail Road station is only 2.5 miles away. Easy access to JFK as well. Guy is a helpful, knowledgeable host. Property has its own private entrance, and the surrounding neighborhood was very pleasant. Would recommend!

We enjoyed the convenient location, (kept us near family), safe and quiet neighborhood, private entrance and good pillows! I would note that a topper for the very firm mattress, would be perfect for non-back sleepers. Otherwise this studio has everything you need!

This is a great space for 1-2 people (single person or a couple). Just enough room to spread out, including a full kitchen and a very pleasant outdoor seating area. The host is easy to reach and returns messages promptly. Highly recommend.

Wonderful studio, in a great, quiet location, which is accessible to a variety of destinations. The descriptions for this property are accurate and Guy was a wonderful host. Made it very easy to check in and check out with all the details he provided. High recommendations for this very efficient, clean and well located property. Thank you Guy for your advice to visit the Nautical Mile in Freeport on our last day. It was a wonderful end to our stay in New York. Will definitely stay at this studio again if we return to the area.

We had a fabulous stay in Long Island and was grateful to share Guy's lovely home. Guy is an extremely helpful host, the space was immaculately clean, and the beds were super comfortable. We loved Anna (Guy's golden retriever) and lovely garden (personal tour by Guy) added even more character and beauty to the living space. Guy's recommendations for restaurants were superb and if we come again to the area, Guy's house will be the first place we look.

Studio room was comfortable, clean, convenient for our needs (2 people), in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and Anna (golden retriever) was a wonderful greeter. We'd definitely consider staying there again.

nice quiet and pleasant studio. This is a wonderful house. Very well located, in a gated community and close to everything you might need. The house was very clean and well equipped. New appliances and exactly as pictures. The host was very approachable and responses were quick. My family and I definitely recommend this house.
