Michael’s property is exactly as it is listed. Perfect location to visit all the great locations in The Hamptons. 5 minute drive from the main area in Sag Harbour and very close to East Hampton. We were a large group of family with children and they all had a great time. The pool is massive, hot tub is real cedar and great after a day at the beach. We went to A public beach club in Montauk a few times while there and travel was easy. Great shops and restaurants both in East Hampton and Sag Harbour that we just ubered to. This will be our go to place when visiting The Hamptons from now on.

House was large enough for our family. Property also had a guest house. The only thing I would mention is the awful bedding. Sheets were 100% polyester and so were the blankets. Just awful! Thought there would be better bedding for the price of the rental.

Hosted a company retreat with 12 guests. Absolutely amazing property. Backyard and amenities are all you could ask for. Dual grill + huge kitchen makes cooking for a large group easy. Micheal is a great host - highly communicative and accommodating. Nothing to complain about.

Literally everything onsite & more for a fantastic stay, this home is really special!! Mins to Sag Harbor too!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Newmark! There was plenty to do and the property was very pretty. Michael was very accommodating and helpful for anything we needed.

I took my daughter and a few of her friends to celebrate her birthday for the week. They had a great time and enjoyed all the things available on the property. Would definitely go back again when the pool is open.

We stayed at this property for my wife’s birthday with some friends. The online pictures don’t do it justice. Not only is it a magnificent property but every detail of the house is fantastic. A little snow created the perfect winter wonderland. The sauna was amazing and the hot tub was fantastic and the fire pit and fireplaces were cranking all day long. We can’t wait to be back at some point in the future. Can only imagine what this property offers in the summer!!! The host, Michael, was gracious, respectful, and in touch with all our needs and willing to accommodate in any way!!! The best “rental” experiences we have ever had!!

I decided to surprise my fiance with a trip to sag harbor with a group size of 13. We had more than enough space and the property was gorgeous. Had the pleasure of meeting Michael Newmark the property owner who is an amazing host and also my spirit animal. We will definitely be back!!

This house was absolutely breathtaking. The pictures look amazing but when you see it in real life it is jaw dropping. Michael was the best host and very attentive to our group’s needs. He responded to all my inquiries leading up to the trip and then was readily available during the stay. We had a blast and will be back! Thanks for your hospitality!

We had the pleasure of staying at Michael's beautiful property. The property itself had everything we needed for a weekend away celebrating a couple birthdays with family and friends. It looked even better than the photos, and you could tell a lot of thought went into it. Michael was a wonderful host and was very communicative and understanding of our needs. Highly recommend this home for your next stay!

We booked Casa Newmark for some much needed time away with friends and family. The house was large enough to accommodate all of us and appointed beautifully! It is situated in a prime location in the Hamptons with the beach and the town of Sag Harbor each only about 10 minutes away. Michael is such a wonderful person and host, and was always just a text or phone call away if we needed anything at all! The house itself is so inviting and comfortable with a multitude of activities on the property that would please guests of all ages! We especially loved the tennis court and Koi pond. The kids played ping pong and billiards every day and so enjoyed the gorgeous outdoor pool. The yard is like an oasis, truly magnificent. My family is still talking about how amazing they thought it all was. I was honestly a bit teary having to leave. We couldn’t have had a better experience. Will definitely be back!!

Relaxing beyond. It felt like we were at a glamorous camp for adults and kids! you never had to leave the property nor did anyone want to! Awesome!

The house and property were amazing! The backyard was a beautiful oasis with a tremendous amount of amenities to enjoy. Our family plays a lot of tennis and the court was in perfect condition. The pool was welcoming with an abundance of lounge chairs and umbrellas. You could have a cool dip and then a jump in the hot tub and sauna. The house is located in a fabulous area and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Michael was an incredible host and very accommodating. Unfortunately, we had a family emergency and had to leave but we are looking forward to staying there again in the future!

We stayed at the property with 4 families during the spring break. All the kids had a great time and enjoyed what the property has to offer, which included hiking trails, playground, koi pound, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. We also utilized the jacuzzi and outdoor sauna and find them both to be very pleasant. Would recommend this house for any family gatherings.

Michael was an awesome host, and was available to answer questions at all times. The property was perfect for our group of friends, with lots of separate areas to hang out. We loved our stay!

We stayed at the property as a group of friends with our infants in January 2020. The property was perfect for us - open kitchen for communal cooking, a big fireplace indoors and two firepits outdoors, a clean hot tub, lots of hiking trails and a great swing set, and plenty of space for all of us to feel comfortable and at ease. Michael was an excellent host, and we would love to return again!
