This condo was a great deal for the location! Right across from coligny, Directly on the beach, a perfect size pool for adults and one for little ones. Unfortunately the elevator was not yet installed for our side, so if you packed a lot you will be carrying up the stairs. Property was very clean but could use some updating. Coffee pot wasnt useable. Bathroom door doesn’t shut. Aside from just those little things, it was a wonderful stay for my husband, daughter & I! Would stay again.

The condo was small but the location couldn’t be beat. We were right next to Coligny shops & restaurants which was convenient. Since we were there to enjoy the beach and town, and it was just the 2 of us, we didn’t need a large condo! We would definitely recommend.

Great location, clean property. The bed isn’t the most comfortable and the bedroom gets hot with no fan. The bathroom door gets stuck on the top of the door frame and the fridge is loud. But other than this it was a great place! Would recommend!

Breakers was a good spot to take my family. Easy access to the beach. Walking distance to restaurants!

Very clean except the comforter needs replacing and sheets upgrading(per my partner). Comforter was ripped and kind of grungy. The couch was a bit grungy as well but we saw that online and brought a sheet to cover it and was fine. No hangers - bring your own. TV in bedroom does not work but no biggie to us. Cramped as you would imagine in bedroom and bath but it turned out to be perfect since the living/kitchen is nice and open. kitchen great! utensils fine. washer and dryer great! lots of towels! LOCATION is GREAT even though view from balcony is trees vs ocean. I cannot stress how FABULOUS the location is to shopping, restaurants and beach. A bit pricey for the size but it IS post-covid and expected right now. We were super comfortable after finding a blanket in closet to replace the comforter. LOVED IT!

Convenient to the beach and Coligny

We really enjoyed our stay. The location can't be beat, and the price compared to it's location provides a great value. The property was 8/10 condition- could use a new mattress, carpets cleaned and some paint touchup. Overall, I'd stay again for sure!

Enjoyed the convenience of being close to the beach and shopping area. Condo was outdated but in very good condition. Property has a lot of construction that was not properly cleaned during off hours. Only negative thing about the condo itself is the sofa bed needing to be replaced. Everything else was great! We would stay there again no questions!

Floors need a massive cleaning! If you have more than 3 people, no way I'd stay here. Hear everyone around you. Sofa bed is functional but inconvenient. OK for 2 people. Construction at 7am over spring break. Laundry was nice. Can see a sliver of the ocean from deck (it overlooks parking lot). I stayed with my teen daughter. I'd spend more to stay elsewhere next time. Driving in at night almost impossible to know where you are. Park and hope you find your place.

Great location, easy to find, easy to park. Close to beach, shops, restaurants. Great pricing compare with neighborhood. Like everyone else said, at some point, apartment eventually need upgrades. Property manager Megan was great at communicating, responding fast and appropriately.

Great location close to dining and shopping. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The bedroom is a little small and cramped but we managed. Would definitely come back.

The Breakers is perfectly located for you to be able to park your car and walk the entirety of your vacation in Hilton Head. This condo was clean and well kept. My daughters slept in the bedroom and I took the couch for our trip which slept surprisingly well! Will definitely come back!

This property was comfortable and located well. The furniture is a little worn, but it suited our purposes. Good hot water. Everything in the kitchen worked.

Location was great, you can eat and shop across the street! We had ice cream four nights in a row from four different places. The kids loved it! The room was super clean. Our family was shocked there was no sand anywhere. We used the washer and dryer, and even cooked a few nights. They had everything we needed in the kitchen. We needed sheets for the pull out bed, we called and house keeping dropped them off in an hour. We did bring extra trash bags, but other then that we would stay there again.

Everything went as smooth as possible. Great location!

Rented off if VRBO easy to rent and stay here. This unit is right next door to Coligny Beach and great location for walking to beach, shopping and dining. The unit is an older builder but is upkept well 207 has a small bedroom, hallway to bath and a great little washer and drier for keeping laundry done. Has a very functional kitchen with everything you will need for lunch and cooking! The sofa is a sleeper unit. There is a door at end of Hall way to close off for privacy. The unit was pretty clean. The carpets could use cleaning. But everything was very neat and clean. I could not get the Smart TV in the bedroom to work. so, I watched Netflix and was content with that. The living room TV had cable channels. It’s a great little unit and a family friendly place we had my daughter and Grand with us and this unit is great for Small families. Walk down to the pool or beach in a few minutes. We would definitely stay here again. I recommend the breakers for location price and convince! Thank you we loved our vacay here! 😀

Enjoyed our stay here and the size was perfect for our family of 3. Loved the location, very walkable.

Location was great. Very close to beach,restaurants,and shopping. Furniture in condo is old and is dirty. Blinds were coming down on sliding glass doors. New deck furniture needed. Bedspread in bedroom beds replacing. Pillows need repacking. Tv. Never worked in bedroom. Tv in family room would work for about 10 minutes- then it would randomly turn off and would not turn back on. Kitchen was ok for light cooking would stay at the Breakers again but NOT this condo.

The unit was average. We went out on the balcony and closed the sliding glass door and got locked out. Had to climb over balcony and across another persons balcony to get to staircase. I could have been killed.... then the washer broke and water leaked everywhere and they said they would have it fixed but never did.

Nice condo, close to all amenities. The only thing I would recommend is a more comfortably bed. Other than that, for the price, it’s a good value.

This condo was nice and very clean, and it served it's purpose for what we needed. We were a little disappointed by a couple of things, though. One,there was not an ice maker. Not a deal breaker, but it was aggravating, since that is not disclosed in the description of the condo, and so we didn't assume that there wasn't one. Two, the cable/internet was not good at all. We didn't spend a whole lot of time in the condo during our stay, but when we were there, the TV hardly worked. Only a few of the channels would actually come in, and even then, they cut out a lot during whatever you were trying to watch. Again, not a deal breaker, but annoying. The wi-fi did not work. Yes, you could connect to their wi-fi, but once you were connected, the connected device, (phone, tablet, etc) no longer worked. It would just sit and "think" forever. Again, just an annoyance. There is not broom/mop, or vacuum, so there is no way to try to reduce the sand that come in with you each day. I do wish, we would have at least had access to those things. That would have made live easier, too. Overall, our stay in this condo was great. It is located in a great area and is within walking distance to everything. It is a very clean condo and seems to be very well kept up. I had no problems when I booked the condo, and the folks that I dealt with at the agency were kind. I would recommend this condo.

The villa is small but good for one couple, very clean. Within walking distance to anything you need, great beach access. Air worked good, good water pressure in shower, washer and dryer worked good. Only problem was the TV and internet didn’t work and we had a kid up stairs that ran and jumped the whole time, he jumped so much that the light bulbs in the ceiling fan would come unscrewed enough to cause the bulb to go out. There needs to be a way to let them know to try to keep their children from running and jumping. Over all good place, I would go back!

Close to EVERYTHING, property was a little outdated and there was construction/updating going on in the villas, so at times it was noisy. We could also hear every time someone above us moved around their unit. A little undercleaned, but was still an excellent place to stay! Biggest downside was there wasn’t any WiFi our entire stay, however, they did try and resolve the issue before we got there. SeaBreeze staff was EXTREMELY personable and made things very easy. Would definitely stay again!

The place was clean and Seebreeze, the company who arranges everything were friendly and informative. 100 yard walk to the ocean. I appreciated the laundry soap and the washer and dryer worked well as opposed to other places I have stayed in the same complex. Short walk to anything you need for supplies, food and shopping.
