Like the location, near by main road and taman safari indonesia and view also nice

The food is no too good, pool size not too big but stuning view. Actually, this hotel has very good potential, it's just a little lacking in maintenance in some places, with the Balinese concept they brought here, it's actually quite fulfilled.

The location is so strategic, the breakfast menu is varied and tasty also.

From location, to breakfast and especially the staff their is very courteous, helpful and I would definitely recommend anyone visiting there to book grand hill. With me being non-indonesian speaker still doesnt face any problem in communicating and dealing with staff around. Hats off to their work and help whenever needed.

the wifi was super super bad, not sure if it was on the 4th floor where we stayed or the entire resort have poor wifi.

I like the location very much it’s close by shops, restaurants, pharmacy and the most I like is green mountain around the hotel

everything was amazing , we enjoyed our stay in the hotel as it was clean , breakfast was really delicious as the buffet was really gooood with all varieties of food , and the staff were very friendly and helpful
