Small property 100 feet from white sand turquoise beach. You can hear the surf from the condo. Sunsets on the deck or sitting on the couch. Walking distance to everything. Condo has everything you need for your stay. Great communication by Bernie as well. Would stay again!

We loved the moon lit mornings, the shelling, the sunsets & the proximity to everything! We were in for a wedding & found the accommodations perfect for the adventure

Friends just enjoying a relaxing, stress-free, long weekend. We loved being able to walk right out the back and be on the beach!

Everything you could ask for was there - beach chairs, umbrellas, beach bag, towels and inside necessities too! Bernie was very accommodating and communication was tops. We had a wonderful week!

Very nice, well stocked apartment. Great view and location on the beach. Only downside, and not a major one, is the size of the bathroom, and not great water pressure or temperature in the shower. We would rent again.

Can’t beat the view! Easy walk to historic Bridge St and other restaurants. Stairs up to unit were very narrow, but overall the unit is great! We really enjoyed our stay.

Being right on the beach was fantastic. The twin beds were not the most comfortable and there was a fair amount of street noise in that bedroom, but overall it's a great condo. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo seems to have been updated recently.

The closeness to the beach was incredible. We really enjoyed having the use of beach chairs and towels. You can just sit on the porch and watch the water and kids . Had everything we needed and we were able to walk to most everything.

Beautiful condo right on the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much. Could never figure out the tv remote and instructions. Everything else was wonderful.

EXCEEDED our expectations! Bright and cheerful decor, good sized rooms. LOCATION can’t be beat. Sand like new fallen snow, turquoise water, unspoiled, uncrowded beach. We want to go back already!

Wonderful rental

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. This condominium is very well put together, clean, and has just about everything you need. The quietude and view are to die for. Before booking this unit, I inquired about the comfort of the king size bed. The owner said that he had a lot of great feedback from past tenants as well as personally told me it was a pillowtop and very comfortable. CAVEAT EMPTOR, this bed was equivalent to sleeping on a slab of concrete. We unfortunately wouldn't stay again in this particular unit due to the fact that we are in so much pain from this bed. The shower has zero water pressure and doesn't really get that hot. I have long hair and was unable to successfully shampoo and condition my hair properly without spending 20 or more minutes to do so. Upsides were, the view, cleanliness, a big wine refrigerator, great air conditioning, and a short walk out to your own little strip of heaven on the beach. downsides were, very firm bed with NO GIVE, 2 small refrigerators and freezers vs. only 1 normal size, the cookbook for the t.v., dvd player., and cable was lost and took us 10 or more minutes to dig it out of a drawer only for it to be confusing and out of order. No water pressure in bathroom and could be hotter. Not sure why the owner communicated to us that this bed in the master is comfortable even in the slightest. Maybe he hasn't slept on it. We did enjoy the location and loved our time on the beach and sitting outside.

This is our 3rd year staying at this property. It’s always in excellent conditions. This year we found a new refrigerator, super cute wine cooler, new beautiful glass front door and ring camera for safety. It’s always clean! The view is spectacular, comfortable to stay at and communication with the owner is always rapid. We will return again next year!

This condo is well equipped and located directly on the gulf. It has beautiful views with dolphins swimming by throughout the day. We would definitely book again for another time.

Close to water's edge with uncrowded beach. Like the open porch so we can visit with neighbors. AC broke down just before we checked in so endured hot rooms from sun baking walls. Hope owner makes it right with us.
