This condo had everything you could ask for. It is so much better than the high rises. The parking and check in were very easy. The property owner was very nice and easy to deal with. The condo itself was cute, cozy, clean and the views were amazing. It was like your home but it was sitting right on the beach. Everything was beautifully decorated too. The grounds were well kept and nice also. I can’t say enough about this condo. I will be back.

My husband and I were very pleased - absolutely no complaints. Justin was quick to respond to my questions. We're hoping this condo is available for our next trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time on vacation here. The property was very clean and accommodating. The condo was immaculately clean and comfortable. My most favorite part of the condo was the balcony furniture and the view….everything was perfect! We will definitely make this our annual place to stay while in Panama City. This room is great and as pictured. It’s clean, updated, well decorated and comfortable. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Love all the furniture and the balcony set up. We have stayed at Mariner West before but this is by far the nicest room so far! Can’t wait to stay again. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean, and updated so nice. Condo is way down thomas dr and beach was quite and not over crowded. Justin was quick to reply. We will return next year.

The unit was perfect for my family of 4. Everything was clean the moment we walked in. Justin (property owner) was very prompt with his communication and answered all questions we had, both before our stay and during. The view off the balcony for both the beach and pool was great. Being a middle unit helped keep the wind down. Our friends stayed on a corner unit and had lots of wind coming from between the buildings when on their balcony. Mariner West is a quiet facility, with all the other guests/owners being incredibly friendly. Plenty of space on the beach too for the week we stayed. We will definitely be coming back to unit 303 in the future!

Everything was perfect, check in, very clean, well equipped, beautiful view and beach, property management was friendly and place was perfect. We will be back.

This unit is one of the prettiest and most tastefully decorated we have rented. It was the perfect size for 4 people, but adding two more would have been possible given the sleeper sofa. Justin always responded quickly when we had questions. It was in a very good location and the views were beautiful. I would definitely consider renting this unit again.

We felt so at home in this condo! The place was exactly as was listed. No surprises. Perfect place for small families or couples. We loved that it was not in the middle of all the night life. So relaxing! Will book again!

Can't say enough about how much we liked this place. Condo was very nice and clean. Views from the balcony were amazing. Check-in process was easy. Owners communication with me beforehand was excellent. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a getaway. I will most definitely keep this property in my "go to" places for future reference.

Only downfall was was deck for beach access was under construction the week we were here & lights around the pool were out for a few days. Other than that maintenance being done the stay was wonderful!

I have to give this condo a perfect score as it was just as advertised, clean, had a beautiful view of the beach and is small enough that it is a quick walk from your vehicle to the condo. Don't hesitate to book!!!!
