The rental was beautiful and clean. Absolutely breathtaking view. The owner was pleasant and easily available for questions. The weather was not so great but the gorgeous view and comfy stay made up for it.

For us what the perfect getaway, the ocean is feet away and the ambiance is wonderful. Saint Augustine has plenty of history behind that needs to be discovered, plenty of restaurants and places. We gave 4 starts because of the overall cleanliness, the fact that the parking is on sand and a bit inconvenient, most of the similar properties around have the parking paved.

We were looking for a cozy spot right on the water and we found it! We loved taking walks on the beach and enjoying the sunrise from the deck. House was clean and well stocked with everything we needed.

The property was clean and neat, the stay is just what we wanted for our vacation. This is the second time staying at this location and we were not disappointed on either stay. the beach was great as were the sunrises and sunsets. I would reccomend this property to frinds and family.

The house was perfect. Right on the beach. Any closer and you would be in the ocean! The view was outstanding. The beach was great- not crowded. Soft sand, warm waters. The house was super clean and tidy. Perfect for the two of us. Close to our favorite restaurant. We had a very relaxing week. Thank you.

This property is so perfect for a little beach getaway. A little pricey, sure, but most things on here are now... RIGHT on the beach. Perfect amenities, laundry, in/out showers, adequate kitchen, great TV (bad sound but whatever), comfy bed, sliding doors that open onto the deck from bedroom and living room, super close to town and grocery, liquor, restaurants, etc... a really (relatively) secluded and empty spot on the shore, even in the summer... so much space to yourself... it is BEAUTIFUL. Host is communicative and helpful. Some slightly stringent rules given the price - we were messaged about leaving the sliding doors open too much (apparently they're monitored), which is basically irresistible given the location, and then charged $50 for bug cleaning. C'est la vie. Cindy is really kind and we felt welcome in general. Just a stunning location with a perfect little cottage on it. Thank you!

We truly enjoyed our time at this beautiful cottage, we can’t wait to come back! Excellent location with amazing views! The ocean is literally steps away and having the outdoor shower was an added bonus . Watching the sunrise on the deck was magnificent. The cottage is well equipped and had everything we needed. Excellent property and stunning view of the ocean and beach from the balcony, living room, and master bedroom. Very reasonable rate. Owner just added a brand new washing machine and dryer. Stairs to the beach also look to be very recent.

The house is beautiful and everything was neatly placed. The view from the master bedroom and from the balcony is priceless. We enjoyed the Downton, the Vilano Pier and went kayaking to Guana Lake. We even did some surfing right in front of the house! Great experience! We are definitely coming back! Thank you so much!!

I don't think my words can express how much I loved this vacation. My husband and I stayed at this lovely property to decompress for a week after our daughter's wedding in Tampa. It was extremely comfortable for two people. Everything was as shown in the photos. The view is spectacular, and the sights and sounds of the surf were just what we needed after a very emotional and exciting weekend. The king bed mattress was very comfy, and I have a bad back. The kitchen had everything we needed. Although, we only prepared our breakfasts as the very yummy restaurants in St. Augustine kept beckoning us for our other meals. We enjoyed taking a long stroll every morning on the beach or just catching some rays in a lounge chair on the very spacious deck. There is also a table and chairs on the deck where we drank wine and ate pizza one evening. The town offers so many fun things to do that we were constantly lured away from the beach, which surprised me, because I'm a beach bum. We did a narrated horse and carriage ride one evening, a ghost tour one night, and we also toured the Old Jail one day and took the narrated trolley ride. I usually haste touristy things, but loved every minute of these fun outings. Cindy, our host was lovely to communicate with. There were no issues during our stay, but if we had a question, she always replied promptly. She was also not overly intrusive with text messages as some VRBO hosts are. Absolutely loved this vacay, and can't wait to come back!

The location so directly on the beach, literally, a few steps from the Atlantic, was fantastic. The home was well equipped, comfortable, extremely clean and orderly. Hosts very accommodating and attentive.

If you're hesitating at all, just do it! This beachfront cottage has it all. Incredible unobstructed ocean views. Relaxing deck, access to the sand in about 30 seconds. Peace, privacy, and a quintessential beach cottage adorably decorated and clean as a whistle. I'm torn between telling everyone I know to go here and keeping this gem of a beach getaway to myself. It's close to everything but I couldn't bare to leave the waves. Cindy is a great host, and communication was easy and helpful. I will most certainly be back.

The cottage was perfect and right on a great beach. The cottage is also very well appointed. Loved our time there.

We stayed at this little piece of heaven for 4 nights. We were also married on the beach right in back of the home. Ceremony was at sunset, simply breath taking, just any girls fairytale. It is super private, even though its a duplex. We were like passing ships in the night, so dont even take that into consideration, it will feel as if you have the whole property. Seriously no less than 20 dolphin sightings, morning and early evening off the back deck, they swim right up, like right up to the shore its amazing. Traffic on the beach is purely folks excercising and they mind their own business, so quiet you can always here the ocean. I could go on and on. House was spotless upon arrival. She has everything you need, really well stocked place. I think above and beyond from other places we have stayed. Check in and out flawless. Cindy does not bother you and certainly does not micro mangage your stay. We were so close to the historic district, really everything is close. Eat at caps, kingfish grille, The Collage-our favorite, The old city inn, the raintree, the martini bar-so much fun down there at night!! This is the perfect location for a romantic getaway or a private wedding ceremony. Would highly recommend and we would love to return.
