Fantastic location, a few minutes walk from the old town, with free street parking directly outside the apartment. Daniele, our host, was so helpful and communicative before I arrived and during.
There was a cute breakfast room with a continental buffet breakfast and the best pastries for each guest. Would definitely recommend and stay again
As a solo traveller, i initially wasn't keen on the old style door to my bedroom.. but as there are 4 rooms within the apartment, there was a sturdier external door, and having met the other family staying, i felt more comfortable.

I liked the location of the B&B and also Daniele was accommodating and explained everything thoughtfully we felt very safe and confident staying at his place.

Estaba todo muy limpio.
Daniele muy amable nos recomendó sitios muy buenos para ir a comer y a pasear. También nos presto la sombrilla para la playa. Muy atento!
Habia algunas arañas en la habitación. El mosquitero de la venta del baño estaba rajado por lo cual entraban algunos insectos por alli.
El desayuno era un poco limitado. La variedad era correcta pero el chico de recepción iba rellenando a todo momento porque se acababa enseguida con lo cual no podías servirte libremente como en un buffet. Si justo se había acabado el pan y querías una tostada, tenias que esperar a que reponga lo cual no es muy agradable. De todo ponía tres o cuatro lonchas, lo cual en un sitio con 4 habitaciones y gente desayunando al mismo tiempo no dura nada.

The location was great and owner very helpful with restaurants. The shower area was large in a big bathroom. We were able to find street parking easily. It was very clean.

The place was very clean. Breakfast was exceptional. Location is quite convenient - within walking distance to old town, yet in a quiet neighborhood. Daniele is a great host - he is always availble and provided lots of usful information as well as advice on what to see, do and where to eat. Communication was spot-on. Whould not hesitate to visit again.
There is no parking on the premises but the street is not busy so parking was no issue.

the location is about 8 minutes from the city center, in a quiet but not the best neighborhood, but we knew that and still had a great time!
it was clean but our shower had a big soap puddle from the dispenser - nothing that wasn't washed away by some water.

near the centre but still quiet on a Friday night so you can get a good night rest. Good beds and a good breakfast with some sweet and some bread, cheese, eggs and meat.

Toma Street is a great location to discover the beautiful and historical city of Lecce, and in this street lies a B&B with exceptional hospitality. For breakfast we had a variety of typical Italian pastries and cereals, and Daniele even made sure to make available an early quick to go breakfast due to our early flight. I'll give a 10 / 10 for room cleanliness, and the bed was really comfy. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wishing to travel around the Salernitana coast.

Daniela was an excellent host. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Loved the breakfast especially the different home made cakes every morning. Excellent location and was always able to park car outside B&B. Room was perfect. Very clean and good size with excellent shower.

Perfect location- just inside of 2 minutes you are entering the old city, Breakfast is typically italien‘ meaning it is good, sufficient and tasty. Without any reservation, we can strongly recommend this housing,

Place is nice, breakfast delicious and location perfect for a walk in the city centre or to go around Lecce. Staff was very helpful with tips and advices about good food and things to do. Definitelly I would recommend it!

The B&B is located 2 min from the historical center, which makes it very easy to visit the city. The staff is very friendly and available to assist you if needed. The facility is overall comfortable.
The room is very humid, even visibly from the wall, which can disturb your sleep. The view from the balcony is on a construction filed, which is not so pleasant to see with a basin of water which creates a perfect habitat for mosquitos and some ants. The breakfast can definitely be improved, maybe with some local breakfast items (pastry, pizza or others) with less packaged food.

Toma Street is were well located, pretty and clean place to stay with super friendly staff. I rode the newest reviews before my arrival and I was pretty impressed that the staff already took into account - for example the variety of food for breakfast. The dining room is very pretty and the coffee is super tasty. If we would he again in Lecce for sure we will come back there:)

I can highly recommend the accomodation! The Room was very sweet with a big bathroom. The very kind, caring and helpful host made us feeI very welcome. The breakfast was exceptional and the host even provided Coffe, water and snacks throughout the day. The Apartment is perfectly located just 2min away from the centre. There are also lots of free parking spots available, in case you also plan to visit the beaches close to Lecce or Otranto. We could not have asked for a better stay and will defentely return!

The location is perfect, a street away from the old town. We were by car, you can stop in front of the accommodation and there is no paid area. Daniele (our host) is very responsive and gives very good recommendations for different places, from beaches to restaurants. The place is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and there are several types of coffee. I highly recommend the place.

Great location, very close to the old city center and easy to find a parking place. The room looked nice, was clean and quiet. One of the best accomodations we had during our trip to Italy.

Toma street is located perfectly, just a five-minute walk from the old town and all the action. Parking is free and easy to find on the street outside or near the accommodation. Breakfast was lovely, just enough. The rooms were very comfy and had everything we needed. Above all the owner of Toma Street spoke very good English and was extremely helpful and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this for other couples traveling.
