The location was right off of the highway, so it was easy to get around and the bikes were convenient to use to get to the beach. The staff was really friendly! The lobby was decorated nicely, and we liked having bottles of water and snacks provided.
The value for what you get at Journey is simply not there. Yes, it is the Hamptons and you should expect elevated pricing, but for what you’re paying, you should expect more. The $50 resort charge per night is also completely overboard. The pool grounds are pretty terrible and are not worth it at all.

room is new and the inside looks gorgeous! bed is very comfy.
we had an issue with the heater that was not working. they tried to fix it, but it took a couple of hours.

Nicest Inn on the strip. Cindy who checked us in was super sweet and friendly. We did have an issue Sunday AM with no hot water but it was the only time. Would definitely go back if given the opportunity.
Better lighting in the parking lot and stairs area would be good.

Completely misleading information about breakfast, I would really expect it for such high price, not only coffee and something, disappointing.

Bikes available, friendly staff, not far from the beach, coffee and snacks available.
Creaky floors made it hard for me to sleep, floor above our room had people walking and talking all night long and we could hear everything, as well as people walking outside the room in the corridor.

It was very family friendly with a very responsive and helpful staff. We enjoyed the private cottage type room. We enjoyed making use of the backyard.
It would have been even better to have a few more breakfast choices.

The room looked better than the pictures and was comfortable and spacious.
It would be a nice addition if it was possible to stream to the TV or if a streaming service like Netflix was also connected.

This was our second time at Journey, and it was just as great as we remembered! We love the close proximity to Moby's, and access to the bikes to bike down to the beach. The reception staff was lovely to interact with, and very helpful.
Loved being on the second floor this time for less noise transfer through the walls.

We liked the staff and our room was clean. The location also worked for us, close to town and the beaches.

We could hear people passing by our entrance door and walking around the room above us!

Journey was very nice - I wish it had been a little bit more convenient to downtown East Hampton as that was the way it's marketed online. I also wish it had spa services onsite!
The only thing I'd say is the hours of the lobby were limited. An 8:45am open time for someone to grab a cup of coffee is a little late in my opinion.
