This house is very spacious, and easily accommodated our group of 6-9. There are 6 bedrooms, 4 with en-suite bathrooms. The owner was very responsive to our requests.

Great house with plenty of room to socialize and rooms to sleep. 300 steps door to slopes made it perfect for getting on the mountain. Would definitely stay again.

A hand full of friends and I rented this place recently and loved it. The ski in ski out is nice but should be understood that is actually means about a 10 minute walk back and forth to the slope and it’s up and down hills on a potentially icy road (it was icy for us). Additionally, the walk to the village was about 15+ minutes but involved walked across the slopes, but was doable. We did not have a vehicle, so if you’re planning on staying here without a vehicle, it’s totally doable, just be ready to walk a bit. It definitely made it tough when checking in, as we had to walk from the village to the location with our luggage. Pre plan your lift from the village or airport with dial-a-ride. The house itself is extremely spacious! The hot tub is amazing! The kitchen is large. I would definitely stay here again, now having a better lay of the land.

Great house. Layout superb. Very clean. Management staff very responsive. Not ski in-ski out, but fairly easy walk. Hope to come back next year.

We stayed here with 3 families (6 adults, 10 kids) and really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, and in a great location for exploring the Aspen/Snowmass area. Excellent communication with the owner, a couple small issues that were addressed very quickly. We’d definitely stay here again!

Very impressed with the owner/management. They were very responsive to any needs we had. For us it was a very convenient location. For our large family (10 people) it was roomy and provided privacy for all. We particularly enjoyed the decks and the hot tub, The kitchen was very well equipped.

We were a group of long-term lady friends meeting annually in a snow town for skiing. The house was set up absolutely perfectly all the ladies had no more than two of us per bathroom which was fantastic! We never fell on top of each other the house layout is very nice for privacy and communal gatherings. The location was perfect a very short drive to the base area of the mountain & wonderful Mountain View’s! . The kitchen was fantastic well stocked & laid out with an open floor plan and what a beautiful fireplace! The house owner Sally was amazing too- we had some minimal questions when we first arrive that she answered very promptly! We love the property and would absolutely suggest it!! Thank you

This property gave a ton of space for our group of 12. The house was clean and gave a lot of great areas to spread out as needed. The kitchen is WELL stocked with cookware, appliances and many essentials needed to serve a large group of people. Outdoor grill was perfect and easy to use. There are plenty of towels, blankets, etc available if needed. The 2 garages are heated and provided a ton of space to store your skis, etc. and get your gear on and off. There was also an extra fridge out there. The walk to the mountain wasn’t too bad in the morning. Maybe a tad more than 100 yards, mostly downhill, with a short steep climb at the end. If the roads were covered in snow you could almost ski back to the house at the end of the day. The hot tub was perfect to soak away those sore muscles at the end of the day and we had no issues with it. We did have a few issues with the thermostats and one of the toilets, however, Sally was very friendly and quick to respond. The house is definitely starting to show it’s age and some of the furniture including a couple mattresses could be replaced. Overall, it was a great home to rent and we would definitely consider again if traveling back to Snowmass!

We planned a family & friends vacation for a group of 16 and it was a big success! This wonderful clean home gave us enough space to spread out, come together for delicious meals and enjoy being inside and outside the home. The kids found creative ways building their own sledding hills and the fabulous hot tub was key to ending each day. Easy walk to & from the slopes from the house. Even though we lost half our skiing opportunities to the Corona shutdown of the slopes, we were able to enjoy Snowmass due to the friendly Mt. staff, shops and locals who were so accommodating. I always rate things based on whether or not I would come back or order it again, etc.. I would 100% come back and we are already planning for next year!.

House extremely clean and well supplied Location is wonderful also Had a couple of hiccups with the hot tub, the owner was very helpful and was able to get someone in on a weekend to fix it There is a 5mins walk to get to the ski slope which wasn’t bad Overall great experience. Would recommend it

This is a great house with lots of space. The location is also in a prime spot. The only negative comment I can make is that the furniture is outdated. However, for a weekend stay it is just fine. One last thing, the kitchen is very well equipped.

Our hostess (Sally) was great with communications and helpful advice. The house was sparkling clean and met our expectations of accommodating our extended family (11). The kitchen was wonderfully equipped. The house had great mountain views.
