Great fun

Great location, wonderful property and condo. Inexpensive extras would be nice, maybe even from one renter to the next. For example, if previous renter has a good amount of laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, TP and paper towels, paper plates, napkins or disposable cups, please leave them! There is no harm in paying it forward! A lighter for a candle, etc. Loved this place otherwise, though!

Had a great time. Beach was a short walk across the street. Not crowded at all. Lots of things to do. Great seafood. We will come back with entire family. Condo was great. Had everything we needed.

We have stayed at this property before and love it. Walking distance to the beach and nice pool area. Good shopping and restaurants walking distance as well. The only complaint is the same one we had 2 years ago. The master bedroom carpet is filthy. Our feet got black just walking on it. Don’t think they have cleaned it in quite awhile. Other than that great stay.

We loved BBC #244. We have already booked again for 2023!! One suggestion: The mattress in the second bedroom (guest queen) needs to be replaced. All other items: furniture, kitchen utensils, privacy of bedrooms were wonderful. Location was great also. Bonus room was an unexpected surprise!! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great location,short walk to beach or bridge street

The living space is large and open with a large screened balcony. The property is close to lots of attractions yet a block off the main drive. We enjoyed the beach access, both pools and the mangrove walkway with gazebo on the intercostal waters. Thank you for making your property available for us to enjoy!

Came as a family of 5 from Montana for 9 days! This was a great property to stay at! Would recommend for anyone coming through!

Convenient location.

Everything was great with the condo. Great location and the communication with the rental company was great too! It’s just a short walk to the beach (just across the street) and both pools were perfect! I would definitely recommend staying here with a family!

The place was amazing with an amazing location! We will certainly be back!!

The condo was perfect for my family since we loved being able to walk across the street to the beach or to the inter coastal and relax watching boats go by. Everything we needed was provided as well. It was perfect since my granddaughter was 10 months old and the pool was just an elevator down and my daughter and her fiancé could go back and forth in a minutes time. Lots of gift shops and restaurants nearby. We love this island and will be back. Book early and get the ocean front condo!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. It is within walking distance to several restaurants, ice cream shops, and shopping. The beach is right across the street and there are two pools to hang out at. There are a few suggestions we would make that would have made our stay a little easier. The number of beach towels provided (1 per person) was not enough. We would have brought our own had we known this. The washer only fits 2-3 towels at a time and the dryer wasn't very efficient at drying them. We were constantly washing/drying towels just to have dry towels for the next day. There was some beach gear provided, but no sand toys for kids. There was not a cooler to carry our beverages to the beach (we bought a cheap Styrofoam one). Lastly, a wagon to transport things to and from the beach would have made getting things to and from easier. Overall, we had an amazing week and these little things did not ruin our vacation.

We loved our unit. It was modern and well decorated very clean w all amenities in place. The property is lovely - you can walk to the bay and sit in the gazebo and watch boats roll buy. Walk across street and you’re on the beach! Building pools and jacuzzis well kept and clean Managers were very responsive in answering questions.

OVERALL A DECENT UNIT BUT LACKS SOME IMPORTANT THINGS LIKE A CHEST IN THE 2ND BEDROOM, SLATS MISSING ON THE BLINDS IN THE LIVING ROOM, CARPET IN THE LIVING AREA WAS VERY DIRTY, MOLD IN THE BATHROOMS, STRICKER PLATE ON THE DOOR IS LOOSE, THE KITCHEN FAUCET HANDLE IS LOOSE, AND WORKS VERY HARD AS DO THE ONES IN THE BATHROOMS.

This was our third trip to Anna Maria Island, FL and we thoroughly enjoyed the condo and its location at Bradenton Beach. We did experience a problem with the A/C mid-week but the property manager responded promptly and had a repairman sent out the next morning. Our favorite feature of the property was the short walk to the beach and dock on the bay. A cart for the beach chairs and umbrella would be helpful as well as an indoor grill/ griddle since there is no access to an outdoor grill.

It was in a great location! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation! The pool was the perfect temperature and the beach was right across the street. I highly recommend staying at this location! Shopping and dining are within walking distance. It was my 3rd time staying at Bradenton Beach Club and can't wait to return!

I traveled with my son, daughter-in-law and baby granddaughter. This condo was a very good size for us with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a den. We asked for and were given an infant bed and a high chair for our stay. We really enjoyed the area and the condo itself felt like home. Just a short walk to the beach and the pool was almost at our doorstep. We had a car, which I would recommend. Covered parking was free for us. We found Walmart, on the mainland, to have the best prices for food and sundries. We took in a couple of spring training ball games, drove down the road to the Coquina Beach Market, spent an afternoon at the Sarasota Jungle Gardens and enjoyed the beach. Traveling on the island can be slow as traffic tends to back up and so patience is key. Advance dinner reservations are a good idea, especially with small children in tow. In a pinch, the Smoqehouse restaurant at the bottom of the street is a great choice for a quick, tasty bite. We did takeout there a couple of times and brought the food back to the condo where we could sit and watch an evening movie with a glass of wine. My only complaint was the uncooperative dresser in the second bedroom which I occupied, other than that, I would recommend this condo.

excellent property --- well appointed -- Alex (at Island Dreams Reality) was very, very accommodating -- making our stay most enjoyable.

Could walk to many resturant. Condo overall clean . We did find some dust on furniture and beach sand on kitchen counter. The kitchen was equipped ok with utinsels and dishes and pans. They could use a good chopping knife and some cooking oil and spices. Most condos we have rented had some cooking oil and spices and coffee filters to get started with. And Kleenex , sarane wrap, tin foil. The sheets and towels were ok, comforter and bed pillows could use replacing. The queen in the master was not comfortable so we used one in the 2nd bedroom . We were glad we had that option because if was just the two of us. We could not get the alarm clock to work. Upon arrival 2 TV did not work and the entry door would not lock. Alex the manager came right over to fix the door and one of the TVs . Very limited TV package. Upon arrival there was abit of a wierd odor kind of came and went. The beach chairs were shot and need replacing. .And a cart to get to beach would be nice. Also could use a beach cooler. The small strofoam throw away cooler did not work very good to take to beach. And a beach umbrellia would be nice. The pool and hot tub very nice and warm. Condo near trolly stop which was handy. We thought we were going to have grills but not . I think that would be a nice addition. There are no board games in this condo.The frig was noisey and we could occasionaly hear noise from condo above.Also a cloths hook in the bathroom would be nice.Overall was ok.

Property was as expected. Staff was quick to respond to our request for a portable crib and high chair. Property needs to add a grilling area for guest use and the individual condo needs to replace the beach chairs (as several were broken) and providing a beach cart would be great.

Beautiful place,clean and all appliances in good condition

My husband and I and another couple, all retired, stayed here in April and had a wonderful time. The condominium is a quick walk away from the beach, everything was very clean, and the kitchen well stocked. The property manager stopped by at the beginning of our stay, which we thought was very kind and thoughtful, and we are looking to return next year again to this beautiful island.

This was the second time staying at BBC Sunshine condos. It is very clean, modern and easy access (private access) to the beach, simply crossing the street. There is an observation dock/deck with a swing, facing the bay, it is a nice place to relax and watch the crabs, boats, and minnows. The onsite pool with jacuzzi is also a great place to relax. The manager was easy to reach, good response to our questions. The free Trolley stop is close to the condo, easy way to explore the island and shops. The condos have extra beach chairs and umbrellas and extra beach towels. You need to bring extra toilet paper (they supply 2 rolls for each bathroom for the entire week) and detergent for the dishwasher and the washer/dryer. It is in a great location and great quality. I would highly recommend this property.

Great family vacation

We know the island and found this area and the condo everything we could want in a trip from the cold Northeast. Easy access to beach, shopping and dining.

Excellent luxurious accommodation - small glitch with the coffee percolator not working but this was rectified within hours . Once we got used to the short 'time delay' with the access code , we enjoyed the apartment , it's location and facilities . The apartment is about a mile from the restaurants in Bradenton Beach but a regular free shuttle take you anywhere on Anna Maria you may want to go .

The home was clean, well furnished and the pool was fantastic. It was nice to have beach supplies because the beach chair from BBC were chained and you couldn't take them to the beach.
