Nice quiet community. Centrally located.

Sue, the owner, was very responsive to any questions we had. The condo is cute and well appointed. We enjoyed the short walk to the clubhouse to use the hot tub after a day of skiing.

Due to a medical emergency we only spent one night instead of five. EVERYONE was so understanding and kind. We received a credit/refund. Great company to do business with and very kind owners.

Cute older place however screen over Arcadia door not usable falls down repeatedly. Master TV is a nightmare. No volume most of the time we had to reboot multiple times. Dusty TVs , stairs horrible for older people. Not recommended for age over 60. Gated community however gate was never closed.

Not as advertised--not gated, neither spa was working, not a resort but a rundown townhouse development, home was filthy, no screens on several windows incl. patio, windows did not lock, patio furniture smelled like dog poop, hazards in kitchen, owner refuses to answer phone or emails for full refund we are requesting.

We had a nice stay here. We ran into one issue during our stay that was resolved in a timely manner. I would recommend checking the weather prior to the trip to make sure it’s not too hot as this place doesn’t have AC and it gets very warm upstairs. Overall, a nice place to stay!

The space was totally sufficient for our little group of 4. We enjoyed eating outside at various locations on the property and we loved that it backed up to the forest so we could go for trail runs and hikes. We also payed out by the pool and enjoyed the warm afternoons. Volleyball nets and horseshoes were also great.

Great location for the baseball tournament location. Nice house. Had the majority of the kitchen gadgets we needed. Would recommend

My family (and dog) had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, comfortable, had plenty of towels/blankets, and Sue was very responsive when I had a question. The location is right by restaurants, hiking and Safeway. The community workout equipment is a little old, but my kids had fun with the ping pong table and tether ball. I would definitely stay here again.

This location is excellent for walking to restaurants and grocery. All bedrooms upstairs. We normally stay in cabins only and this place was chosen for location location location.

Had fun, area wasnt to far from attractions or hikes. There was grass for the dogs and even swings for the kids. The owner left me a bottle of wine and gave me guided instructions of fun things todo. She was supper nice. Thank you!

Such a nice time in this home. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of linens and all the comforts of home. The Wi-Fi worked great. TV’s in every room. All the dishes and appliances I needed. The location is great and I was comforted to be in a quiet, gated community as a single woman traveling alone. I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you!!

Great location
It was perfect for our needs. A little hot but we knew it would be at the time of our stay. Property manager was so easy to work with when there was a small issue.

The place is great. Everything you need is there. Especially the kitchen fully stocked. Even had a large crockpot for our spaghetti dinner after our tournament. We will definitely use the townhouse again.

Loved staying here. The inside was spotless but was disappointed that the patio was dirty with trash and leaves. The outside table and chairs were too dusty to enjoy. Coming from Phoenix and the heat, I was really looking forward to sitting on the cute little patio that was featured in your Vrbo photos.

Disappointed
I was very excited to stay in the cute town but disappointed in this property.
1 - the heater would not turn off and it was so hot upstairs... even with the box fan.
2 - the back door doesn't lock and looking at old reviews, that has been an issue for some time... so we used a chair to help prevent it from opening fully.
3 - it appeared clean but walking without shoes it was very sticky on certain parts of the floor and counters.
4 - the ceiling fan has such a loud sound it does sound like an engine... just like another review stated.
5 - the beds were so so hard that you couldn't sleep without an aching back that forces you to constantly turn.
All of this with the extra fees charged, seems like a scam.

Dissatisfied
We were expecting a lake. Nobody mentioned it was dried up. The playground consisted of two swings and a tether ball set with no ball. It was smaller than the picture indicated. We had trouble getting the heater to cut off, so the upstairs were very hot. They did have nice extras like aluminum foil and detergents, also little extras like coffee, sugar, and hit chocolate.

Nicely appointed.
Unit had many nice qualities and priced fairly except for all of the additional fees which added up to more than the daily rate. The sleeper couch pitched you forward as it was unable to be closed correctly and the tv would not work unless you paid and signed up for apps or just happen to have your password for your home accounts. Nice complex, good kitchen , loved the fireplace and patio. All in all a good place to stay.

The week we spent there was wonderful!! The kitchen was well stocked with high quality appliances and cookware. The property manager was very sweet!! We would not hesitate to stay there again!!

Ceiling fans sound like twin engine airplane
Good location but property in desperate need of update. Think twice about going there in summer months. No A/C and ceiling fans extremely loud and about to fall off ceiling if run on medium or high speed. Cut stay short due to how uncomfortable it was to sleep in bedroom with no A/C and inadequate ceiling fans.

Long Weekend Trip
To make this short the pro is location, the cons; Main entry gate box never works easily as you must spend avg of 5min to get it to open, bed was like sleeping on a haystack, pictures on description are deceiving, some supplies were just an empty box ex-foil, stairway is extremely narrow with an insecure handrail. I would not return.
