The internet connection on my floor was weak.

Nothing.

Very poor place. The towels were dirty, staff is very unpleasant and aggressive. We cancel the stay, got back the money. My recommendation - stay away from this place.

Great well organised hotel. You can't find better combination in any city in bulgaria. Excellent hotel , high qualitative staff (as Mariela the receptionist), in the center of the town, very quiet, and reasonable price. Also the town, Yambol is probably the most underated town in Bulgaria. Yambol has amazing Vibe, Big part of the city is just for pedestrians, and All the center is covered by big trees that decrease significantly the summer heat. Most recommended for everyone: The hotel and the city.

The WIFI has endless disconnections every 3-4 minutes on the 7th floor . It should be improved immediately. I tried the breakfast for extra fee, but it was very poor. The city has endless opportunities for eating. So it was unnecessary to eat there.

I was alone at this hotel for work, I came across several problems (unrelated to the hotel) the help I received from the reception staff, Elena, Mariella and Melissa was way above and beyond their work duties. These young Ladie's were trully amazing and I could not have continued without their help.

Everything was marvelous.
