Amy was an amazing host and very quick to respond to any message I sent to her. The property was mostly as described and the location on the lake is amazing. The only issue we encountered during our stay was one of the toilet handles was not flushing (though I was able to fix it by tighten it) and the fridge door did not close properly (had to almost slam it to stay shut). Other than that, the place and our stay was amazing!

Everyone in our party throughly enjoyed themselves . From my 3 year old grandson to my 81 years old mom who caught the biggest catfish of the week. We didn’t even need to leave the property . There was always something to do . Definitely a repeat for our family.

We had a nice comfy stay! The owner was very attentive. We had no issues at all. The house was well stocked with towels and all kitchen appliances.

We were so pleased with this property! We visited with our extended family - 11 people in all, including grandparents and 5 kids 8 and under. There was so much to do! The included boats were such a treat, the kids loved the mini golf course in the backyard, and we enjoyed the hot tub! Amy was available for any questions and was lovely to work with. The pool on the property was great too! No frills, but heated and perfect to play in. Thanks for a great stay!

We always have our yearly get together during the summer season and this will be our 7 or 8th year renting summer houses. We had an unexpected cancellation from another place and was happy we got to reserve the place close to our date. There were 12 of us including 4 toddlers and there were a lot of games and activities to keep the children occupied. The lake was drained totally, grass grew on it already so we didn't have a nice lake view but it was stated in the listing. We just hung out in the deck. PROS: -Communication with Amy was easy thru text -Nice location about 10 mins drive to Walmart and near the water parks -The deck is nice and spacious & has a BBQ grill -There are toys for kids to play & a nice game room -A/C works well during the summer CONS: -You have to pay or buy your own propane for the BBQ grill. Other properties we rented already had propane tank filled. It's only $20 so having that filled up would have been nice. Note there is a 2 page contract for BBQ grill use. -Non-refundable service fee for using the hot tub is $150 plus tax. Other properties we rented already had this included in the pricing. -EXTRA person charge $15 per person per night after 10th guests. Others we rented have it included in the price depending on the capacity of the house so it's our first time having this charge. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house for big groups and proximity to the water parks.

The house was very spacious for my family of 15 during July 4th. On the inside, it was clean, well furnished (i.e. enough chairs in each room), and the kitchen was well equip for all of our cooking needs. Though the rooms may appear small in the pictures, they were big enough for all of us to gather together and small enough to have some privacy between rooms. The game room was a gem on it's own as the ping pong table kept us busy. The multiple TV's were great for movie night. The bedrooms were nice as well and easily accommodated for our large group, with two extra beds. The bathrooms had plenty of clean towels and amenities for our 4 day stay. As for the outside, the setup and cleanliness of the deck was well thought out. The deck and grill was perfect for out door gathering and giving the kids a video game break. The house was very well located as there were a bunch of attractions nearby. Picking up groceries was convenient with shopping centers only 5 minutes away. Lastly, Amy was an excellent host! She was very responsive, answered all of our questions, before and after check-in. Also provided many wonder local attractions (we went to catch some fireworks nearby, rented boats at a nearby lake and shopped at clothing outlet). Overall had the perfect 4th. Thank you for hosting! Would love to come back in the future!!

We are originally from Texas and recently moved to Philly! So, this was our first experience in the Poconos and it was a great one!! Most of our guests travelled from Texas to join us on this wonderful experience! We stayed at Amy’s property and enjoyed every minute of our stay!! The location was excellent and took us relatively 20 minutes to get to Camelback Mountain Resort. She was extremely helpful with providing us with local recommendations and suggestions such as restaurants, grocery stores and etc. Her place was clean, well supplied and cozy and accommodated our 10 guests comfortably. The hot tub was definitely a bonus which I highly recommend!! We are definitely looking forward to returning in the summer to enjoy the warmer weather amenities!! Amy also checked in with us periodically to make sure we were satisfied with our stay and if there was anything that we needed!! She was an amazing host!!
