Everything was recently updated including the furnishings, appliances, pool and Webber grill. Spent alot of time in the pool and at the beaches nearby. Centrally located to plenty of shopping and dining options.

It was a very clean house and everything was organized. The house and the pool were much bigger than expected. It was very comfortable for 6 people, we loved it.

Great location with really beautiful and clean house. When entering the house you get an spacious and open living room and kitchen with large doors to a big and nice pool and heated spa. A lot of space with 2 grills, many patio furniture to relax and a storage with beach seats and umbrella. Close to the beach, we use to drive , parking is $6 on Wiggins Pass beach ( it’s more like family place) and $10 at Vanderbilt beach ( public beach with more people, teenagers ). Eric the owner is friendly and responding quick to any questions. House and pool is much bigger than you see in pictures. We really enjoyed our time here and thank you Eric again.

This house was perfect for me and my friends to stay at for the weekend. It was only a two minute drive from the beach and we even had beach chairs at the house we could take with us if we wanted to. Overall it was a great weekend at a great place.

This home is incredible. The furnishing are superb and the pool is bigger than most Florida rentals.
There is nothing you could wish for that isn't already here. The homeowner was easily available if needed.

We had a wonderful stay! Weather was perfect! Eric quickly responded to our questions as the hot tub was intermittently working. The pool and the outdoor seating area were spacious and comfortable. The house itself was clean, relaxing and had everything we needed. Quality time together with family…. Priceless!

We stayed in this property over the Christmas holiday and it was perfect . The outdoor space is beautiful. The kitchen was well supplied and the beds were very comfortable . Our only complaint was the wealthier lol. Thank goodness for the hot tub! No complaints here and we were very happy with our location !!!

The location was super convenient. Close to all sorts of shopping...from Publix to Saks! Close enough to the beach to walk for sunsets or exercise but not close enough to walk if you were going to spend a few hours at the beach. You'd want to be dropped off with all of your "stuff". We really had no idea where to stay in Naples as their are multiple tourist areas, but this worked out great. The street was quiet, The pool and backyard was spacious with plenty of different seating areas. Overall, it was a great stay!

Great place to stay
House was exactly how described and looked The same as the pictures! I feel enjoyed the location of property to the beach, restaurants and shopping areas.
The owner was very helpful when we needed him and responded quickly to our messages. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Very Comfortable House
The house is beautiful and in a great location. We were close to the beach, restaurants, brewery and grocery store.
We had three couples staying at the house and it was very roomy. Everyone commented on how comfortable their beds were. The couch was also very comfortable! There was a lot of outdoor seating (comfortable couch outside too) and umbrellas. One of the pool lights was burnt out and I was a little disappointed about that. Also, the planters along the fence were rusty and didn’t have any plants in them. I felt like they could have been removed from the property. However, we did have three brand new beach chairs. Plus about three or four more beach chairs. There were also beach towels. The house had everything we needed. Every time I messaged Eric he got back to me very quickly!

this is a beautiful property with wonderful updates. had everything we needed to cook or go to the beach. greatly enjoyed the pool and hot tub as the backyard is very private and quiet. close to beach, shops and restaurants. thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful experience
Great location and host. Short drive or bike ride to state park or Vanderbilt beach. Short drive in opposite direction to grocery shopping and restaurant options. Eric was very responsive on our one request for additional bikes in dropping them off same day. Highly recommend for a wonderful Naples experience.

This property is wonderful. Terrific location just off Vanderbilt Dr. Quiet neighborhood, nearby properties well-maintained. Very clean and spacious inside. Amazing, very large pool deck and sparkling pool and jacuzzi spa.

Get Ready to Relax!!
From the moment we arrived, we truly relaxed. We spent a gorgeous 80 degree day mid January enjoying the pool and hot tub. Eric was quick to respond to every question. In fact we missed an email or two because we were having such a great time. It’s quiet, peaceful and the pool lights are tranquil at night! You won’t want to leave. Looking forward to our next visit. Perfect house and location!!
We were very impressed with decor and outdoor space. Only minor issue was our inability to communicate with the owner. It seemed as though that VRBO feature was disabled.

Beautiful house in Naples
The house is completely renovated and decorated very nicely. Plenty of seating and very comfortable. The backyard is a very nice size for FL and the pool and jacuzzi is beautiful. There was a problem and the jacuzzi wasn't working for our first day and a half, but the owner sent the pool company over the next day to fix it. We really enjoyed it!

Delightful
This was our third time renting the house and it was even better this time. The owner continues to add upgrades, new tv, new washer and dryer, extra outdoor seating, bicycles. We will definitely be back.

Very nice stay
Kids loved the pool and spa. There was a slight glitch with the spa, but Eric was very accommodating and was able to turn it on remotely. We would stay again!

5 Stars for a stay that didn't happen - beginning of the COVID-19 period
We booked our stay in August 2019 during a trip to visit family in Naples. Eric met us at the property, showed us around and we booked it on the spot. Spotless, roomy, private, luxurious. Perfect for our group.
Two days before the trip 3 of our party of 4 got sick (probably not with Coronavirus, no testing at that time) and we were unable to travel. I contacted Eric right away to let him know. Luckily we had purchased travel insurance through VRBO.
Throughout the entire process (booking, planning, cancellation) Eric was very responsive and helpful. Will book in the future!

Third time at the property. House is lovely with a large pool. Very convenient for the beach. We requested a bike which Erik delivered before we arrived. Look forward to returning next year.
