Me otorgaron una habitación que daba a una calle transitada , y había mucho ruido en la mañana temprano , me cambiaron a otra hacia el fondo , pero me cobraron dinero extra

We came to Rosario for a few days and stayed at this hotel. This place exceeded our expectations - the apartments are very spacious, bright and clean, and have a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff is very helpful and ready to help with any questions. Breakfasts are quite diverse, with a large number of baking options.

The service is excellent! The staff is as courteous and professional as I've ever encountered. The facilities are spotless, the building is gorgeous, the included breakfast is excellent, and the beds are comfy. The pictures don't quite capture how pretty this place is. The location is also top-notch, as you are a block away from Pellegrini, with some of the best restaurants in town (special mention for La Estancia, just a 1.5 blocks away). You cannot go wrong with this place.

WiFi is slow and its coverage is spotty. Worked well enough for streaming TV, but it's challenging to use it for work. The quad room, while spacious and comfortable, could definitely use blackout curtains for the living room, as the people sleeping in the extra beds get a bright, early surprise in the morning.

The size of the room/department is awesome, everything was perfectly clean and very well maintained. The room had everything you might need and it´s comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful.

The hotel wanted to upgrade us to a bigger apartment, we tried it but didn't like it (no TV on the bedroom, very small TV on the living area for the size of the room) so we asked to be moved back to the original room we had booked. We appreciate the intention and the quick resolution once we let them know we weren't as comfortable as we wanted to be.

Everything was great. We had a spacious, comfortable suite. Loads of room. Everything was in good working order, which is not always the case in Argentinean hotels.

The hotel is situated on a street where buses pass. My suggestion is to ask for a room towards the back to avoid the traffic noise.

Accessibility: no ramps, and no walk-in showers (that I know of) would make it hard for the elderly and people with physical impediments.
