My partner and I stayed with our fur kids at Lee’s Place. To start - it’s a good thing we have a larger vehicle to get up the unpleasant road to the house. The photos of the house were very misleading. The floors had stains all over the carpets. There were stains on the ottoman. There was no kitchen table to sit and eat at and there were ant traps on the ground in the kitchen that our dogs could have easily gotten into. The backyard was covered in thorns from the blackberry bushes that had been cut down. Overall, very unimpressed with how much money was spent to stay here with such a poor experience.

House was dirty when we got here. Bedding had long hairs in the bed and noticeable ant traps everywhere. Had to go to the store and purchase raid at one point to keep the ants away. Also bought bleach to wash bedding and wipe down counters. When I called the property manager she brushed it off and said we have an ant problem because of the sand and she’ll send maintenance over. Very disappointed in the way she acted.

Great vacation!! House met our needs and appreciated being able to vacation with our dog. Neighbors were terrific!

If you don't care about these things, then go for it. It was a pretty good value, but could be so much more!

1. Front porch has rotten boards that could be very damaging to anyone. 2. Backyard not mowed, could not sit outside in back.3. Tub, little insects in tub. Shower liner was filthy and possibly moldy in last 4 inches inside tub. 3. Insects in tub and on bathroom floor, and under dining room table. The book for enjoying our stay was terrible. TV instructions were for a completely different system - took 2 hours to figure out TV in LR and TV in bedroom did not work. We do not recommend a stay until all of these items are corrected. Info in book was inaccurate because there is no dishwasher. Password sent to his for the key box was wrong and we had to call property manager. This stay was for our 50th wedding anniversary, and it was not enjoyable in the house. We welcome any contact to discuss this. Prop. mgr/owner should check this out before cleaners come in. Caulking in tub looked moldy, entire tub should be replaced. Cobwebs on ceiling/walls and baseboards were filthy. We made decision not to take a shower.

Our family came to visit the Oregon coast for a few days. The location of the house was great, just five short miles from Lincoln city and the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Our only complaint was the backyard, it would be better if they cut the bushes back and put up a privacy fence to replace the chain link as the neighbors had aggressive dogs.

It worked ok for me, my partner, and our dogs. The beds weren’t the most comfortable and the TV is tiny. The dining set is also just a folding table and chairs which wasn’t very comfortable to play board games on. The bathroom could use a bit of updating or at least have the bathtub re-caulked. The backs yard is taken over by thorny blackberry bushes with just enough area to allow the dogs out. You get what you pay for and next time I think I’ll pay more for a nicer place with better bed, sheets, and pillows.

We had good time at lee's place. Dogs did great. Road does suck but we had a Durango and it was fine. Perfect for what we needed. We will be back

This was the best rental we have been in yet. It was comfortable, clean, easy to be in and the company was helpful too

The few things dishes like pot and pan where dirty. And ants everywhere other then that it really was great the dog are welcome and love the fenced in back yard. Well be back if they well have us 😝

Overall it was a good price. Looked bigger in the pictures . Still wasn't bad. It was pretty dated ,but it was clean. Rough road to get there. Driveway was a little crazy. Back yard overgrown with blackberries. Basically exactly what i read in other reviews. Again it was a great price so I was please with it.

Things to be aware of...
The parking lot is not the best for small vehicles. it has a steep angle and is gravel.
There were no coffee filters, not a big deal as I was 5 min from Safeway, but if you want coffee bring filters.
The TV is small so again if you are spending time away no big deal.
Some of the blinds were down so there was a lack of privacy in some areas.
I would totally stay here again.

Nothing to exciting, it was hard to find in the dark. The "road" is terrible, and the driveway is steep.

Simple, quiet place. No dishwasher or garbage disposal. But the internet worked. There were ant traps in the house and over grown BlackBerry bushes in the back fenced yard. The silverware drawer was broken. But it had everything I needed. I will stay here again.

Funny enough, the TV was upgraded from the tube tv in the picture. Location, location, location. We weren’t there for the amenities, but it was rough to be without dishwasher (they provided pods however!) Or grill. Would have loved to grill fish one night.

My friend and I felt the cottage was not sanitized for the COVID19 standards. The cottage was cozy and meet are needs for our short stay.

The house has everything you’ll need, I seen a lot of rude comments but if you aren’t picky/expecting a high end house then you will be very pleased. Perfect place to have dogs and a nice place to relax. Only 5-10 min from the beach. Also, I wanted to stay an extra night and the rental manager immediately responded to my email making it super easy to stay an extra night. ♥️ I have no complaints on my end.

My friend and I needed a “mom get away” and this place was perfect! It’s so close to the water but far enough away to relax. It’s a small cottage with great sized rooms and space. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness!!! And the surrounding shrubs gave us great privacy. We will definitely be back!
