The apartments are easy to get there from the airport. It also super easy to get into the city from this location if you are using public transportation and has parking if you’re renting a car. The kitchen is equipped with basic equipment to make meals if you are looking to save money by cooking and there is a supermarket about 3 stops away too. I would definitely stay here again without a second thought.

Far from the city centre. After the first message of the confirmation from the management, I asked about the location and stores near by, I didn't receive a reply until ''3weeks later'' although it was written. ''Normally replies within 24hours.'' There were still not clear questions in the reply so I asked them again as well as a new question, then they just sent me exactly the same message they had sent (copy paste). I pointed out that they did not answer my questions, then I got a very rude message back, in which my questions were still not answered and no name of the person in charge was left(of course). I complained to BC and received the apologies from them, but not from the hotel management. Only the amenities there were just towels and hand soap, there were no tooth brush, shampoo, kitchen utensils such as :paper towel, tea towel, washing liquid, washing sponge/brush, cooking oil, salt, sugar, tea, coffee. There was a long list of instructions ; how the gests should clean up the room before check out, it also said you must put the crockeries you used in the large dish washer and turn it on, for only a few plates and cups, (probably that's why there were no washing up stuff.) The room was too hot. I tried to turn down the thermostats, but they didn't work. My room was on the ground floor and faced a road and the exit, so I did not want to leave the door to the terrace open all night. Contacted the customer desk (there are no employees at site.),next day, received the message saying that I had to adjust the thermostats and someone else came to my room and did it for me! I wrote back that I had already adjusted the thermostats and the person who came into my room must have seen it, so yet again next day they sent a handy man who found out the room was lack of thermostats and the valves for heating in the wall were right open to maximum.

Apartment was very spacious and roomy and very well set up for the independent traveller. It had laundry facilities as well.

It is quite a way from the city, so for the guest who relies on buses and trains to travel it can be tricky. Having said there a very regular buses nearby that will take you to the rail station. The apartment could be enhanced with information in English about how the services work, ie how to.operate dishwasher, how to turn down the heating, where the local shops are and what bus numbers etc..

Very spacious and comfortable apartment with good access to public transport to Oslo. There are clear instructions to manage everything autonomously.

Kitchen was missing a few small things that could have helped, like a toaster, things to wash some dishes manually, tablets for the washing machine (there were only two for a 3 nights stay), a cloth, bags, etc. The heating in the bigger room wasn't working. The location isn't very pretty and although quite close to get to Oslo by public transport, we could have used some tips on which bus and train to get.

I liked that it was all codes, no keys to keep track of. No need for reception. We loved the warm floors all over the apartment. The separate bedroom and kitchen/living room made it feel like much more than a hotel room. Good value for money. Easy parking, easy access, private, quiet, good location for us.

We got good information a few days before, and saw it in the pictures, so we knew there was no TV. But still.. Why not? It is a big apartment, and people would spend time there, not just sleep. It would make the experience feel more complete if we had the option to watch tv. The only floor with no heat was the bathroom.. Probably just something wrong in our room. It seems like the whole apartments ventilation was connected trough the kitchen vent. And it was LOUD! When we had a shower, it was on full blast for at least 30 minutes afterwards, and it was hard to hear each other talk in the living room. And no way to adjust it. I did not find any information what to do if something had happened. Like if the toilet got clogged, you would normally contact the reception. Maybe an idea with a small information booklet/poster in each room?
