Great location, a few blocks from the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The property was very clean and had everything that we needed.

The house is in a great location! Right off the main road and about 10 minutes walking to Bay Village. Really close to the beach, too, and the host's beach cart and chairs were a huge help to our family. The house had more stairs than we anticipated and was a little tricky with our 18 month only, but highchair on site was great to have. Lovely time!

Great home with lots of spaces for our family to spread out. The roof deck was especially enjoyable and we loved watching the sun set over the bay most nights. Very walkable to the beach and bay! We did walk to downtown beach haven most nights and enjoyed the exercise but others might want to drive more than we did. The home was well maintained and very clean. The outdoor shower was great for after the beach and the backyard was perfect for dinners outside! Try to reserve linens early, we forgot and brought our own - not a big deal but something to plan for! Communication with owners was quick and easy - highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this home in Beach Haven. The house was perfect for us as grandparents with our daughter, son-in-law and 8 month old granddaughter. We even had my brother and sister in law visit for 2 nights. The location was great - walking distance to the ocean, shops, Dairy King and Stefano’s Restaurant which we loved. The house was exactly as described and stocked with paper goods and kitchen supplies for eating at home which we did for breakfast, most lunches and one dinner on the outdoor grill. The rooftop area was nice for sunsets and stargazing. The beach was absolutely perfect every day. The house worked out very well for our family. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

The house was clean and spacious. Great location. Linens (including blankets) are not provided. Pro tip is renting linens at time of booking rental. We were too late and linen rentals on island were booked

House is a great location on LBI - close to the beach and commercial area of Beach Haven. It provides all the amenities for a comfortable stay for a family. Its a perfect location to watch the Fourth of July fireworks displayed in the bay off Beach Haven.

We had a lovely time staying at Matteo’s beautiful house. The house is super close to the beach, Bay Village, and Fantasy Island Amusement Park - even on the chillier days, we were never at a loss for things to do! It was clean and spacious and provided everything we needed for a relaxing trip. We also loved the spectacular views of the bayside sunsets from the roof deck! It was a great trip - thanks!!

Three generations of our family enjoyed this comfortable home, especially as there were two separate living areas ! The location was a delight to our 9 year old and 5 year old grandchildren as they loved to walk to the beautiful beach.

First of all, the property owner Matteo is very responsive and so easy to work with, he made this experience superior to other VRBOs!! The house is on a quiet residential street, was clean and exactly as advertised. It is a different layout to other LBI houses. The bedrooms have nice separation. The master is a good size with a deck off of it. The kids room works well with bunks and a trundle. The room with the double bed is tight with only a closet and one nightstand, no dresser. The kitchen was well appointed and appliances were updated and clean. You do need to use the secondary air conditioning unit on that top floor with the kitchen during the summer otherwise it gets way too hot. Absolutely stunning views from the roof deck. Nice patio dining set and very clean grill in the backyard. Beach cart and some chairs provided in the garage. Bring your own linens and towels, there are no bed coverings. We rent linens from LBI DreamMakers who drop off and pick up which makes it very easy. We had a wonderful vacation, thanks again Matteo!!

This property was exactly as advertised and the owner was extremely accommodating and responsive! It was a great week in LBI at this conveniently located home.

The location, the house and all the amenities were great. Beach chairs, beach badges, umbrella and beach buggy provided! Loved that. Lots of different spaces to socialize from the backyard to the roof deck to a balcony off the master. Especially loved that

The home is clean and fits family and friends of 9 very well. The roof deck is amazing as the views of the sunsets and complete 360 degree view is amazing. The kitchen with living area on the top floor was great for dinners and spending time with family and friends. In addition, there is another living room on the ground level with both rooms having very comfortable pull out queen mattresses. The three bedrooms worked well as well. The house is on the bay side but 2 streets either way have cross walks to get to the beach. There are also a lot of stairs in the house so good to know for older people that may be in your group. The best part is the owner Matteo who was very responsive and helpful.

Multiple outdoor spaces; the roof & the back patio area are nice. The stairs were a bit much for my parents (kitchen is on the top floor up 3 flights of stairs) but we had a great time. November still had some nice sun & we even got to the beach to let our 5-yo play in the sand
