Great property, all the necessities! The view is breathtaking!

Gorgeous view house had everything you needed.

The view was to die for! Peacefully located in heart of Fairfield Bay! We will be back.

The property owner was very accommodating to us and our 2 dogs. The neighborhood is very quiet and the view from the back deck is amazing with a great sunrise. The house was stocked with everything we needed for our week-long stay.

This property has absolutely spectacular views from inside the house with a fabulous deck to enjoy them outside as well. We enjoyed the most amazing sunrises over Greers Ferry. The house is comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

This house is the most serene place ever. The view is breathtaking. We stay here often. We had such a peaceful relaxing time.

This place never ceases to amaze me with its beautiful view of Sugarloaf and Greers Ferry Lake. It is well kept and close to everything you want to be close to. This is our second time to stay here and it will be the only place we stay in FFB until it is no longer an option.

This was our 2nd time to stay at Sugar Loaf Cottage. We love the location and the view is unbeatable. Highly recommend.

We loved the house and the community. The view is awesome, and the house was equipped with everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area. Communication with host was exceptional from beginning to end!

This house has a fantastic view of the lake and Sugarloaf. Four of us stayed and there was plenty of room. A few things would have made our stay better. We arrived to the AC being off and the house was quite warm. Two of us arrived first and were able to call the other two in our party to make a stop on their way to get some items we’ve always been provided at other VRBO’s. This house is pretty remote and we didn’t plan to leave once arriving. Two soap dispensers were empty (one in the kitchen and one in a bathroom). There was not enough toilet paper for the weekend. We had to get coffee and shower supplies. The showers had no soap/shower gel. All beds were comfortable except for the room with the day bed which felt like sleeping directly on springs. Check in and check out were easy and convenient.

Well-maintained mid century modern home nestled in a quiet mountain retreat community. Willlena and Judy were very prompt, professional, friendly and accommodating with their communication and hosting. The home was well stocked with essentials, and the linens were clean and soft. We enjoyed many meals and cups of coffee on the back porch! We (family of five: 2 adults, 3 kids) had a toddler staying with us, so we did have to baby proof the lower kitchen cabinets, fireplace and TV table. Willena and Judy probably had some baby gates on hand that would have made the easy stay even easier, but we didn't ask for them. We all were refreshed by the home, its view and the hosts. We would stay again and we highly recommend for a family get a way!

We come to Fairfield Bay regularly and this was by far the best place we’ve stayed. The view of Sugarloaf on Greers Ferry was amazing. Sitting out on the deck and looking out was so peaceful. The grill was great as we love to grill. The house had everything we needed. This is our new favorite place in FFB!

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with friends. We really enjoyed the outside space and how close it was to the marina. I would definitely recommend this property for a nice weekend on the lake.

We have stayed here many times. We have stayed during every season. It’s always beautiful. The house is impeccably clean. There’s plenty of room inside but we spend most of our time outside on the deck. It’s a place to renew your spirit. We visited with our sons, laughed, cooked out, played board games, just good old quality family time. FFB has so much to offer. We were able to take the boat out on the lake. The boys rode the ATV trails. We went swimming, tubing, eating out, bowling, golfing, hiking.... we never left the bay! It’s a hidden gem. We found it by accident when we were going to go to Mountain View and everything there was booked. We keep coming back and we always stay here. Willena is fantastic to work with and she always goes the extra mile. Thank you!

Absolutely the best decision made renting this home for the weekend!! The twins had plenty of space to run around, even in the house. The view of Greers Ferry is spectacular!! I highly recommend it!!

View! View! View! A quick get away for a couple days. Just the view off the deck is worth the stay. 10 min drive to most trails and Marina. We went to hike Sugarloaf and we’re the only ones on the trail! Just more great views!
