Nice view

Loved our stay even though it was cold and rainy.

The apartment was clean but unfortunately there was an awful smell coming from the waste disposal unit I did notify the manager but as we only stayed one night i don’t know if it was sorted for the next people

Very clean and comfortable property.

This rental was awesome for the price. The only issue we had was the tv wasn’t working and we only had three washcloths. I will definitely rent here again !

Condo not clean at all….pots and pans were in cupboard were all used, dirty and not washed. Absolutely no communication with owner about checkin until we had to contact VRBO services

Everything was great except the cable didn’t work the whole time we were there and there was little communication from owner to resolve it.

This place was terrible. Moldy washing machine, t.v's didn't work. Poor communication with the owner's. They said they would have the t.v.s fixed and it never happened. When i asked what they were going to do about it, i didn't get a response. Floors were dirty so every time you walked around in your bare feet, the bottoms of your feet were black. The Master bed was old and very uncomfortable. Very minimal supplies. The resort is terrible as well. Not very well maintained. 1 pool for 3 big complexes so the pool is always overcrowded and nothing else to do at the resort. The beach isn't really even a beach. The pictures make everything look a lot nicer than what it really is.

Very nice condo with beautiful ocean view.

First. If you like to sit and lounge at the Pool, Get there Early before 9:00 am. After that her are not chairs. Beach is better but really not a great place to swim. Nice service at Pool Bar. Overall, just Okay.

It was a very nice two bedroom and two bath condo with a view of the sunrise. Very enjoyable.

Great view, clean and comfortable

The condo was adorable in a good location with great security. However, this particular unit was not set up very well. The kitchen had no towels, the bed was very hard, and the bath towels and washcloths were dated and dirty. Being on the top floor, having a non-working elevator was and issue. The balconys were also very small.

Booked the stay with intentions of bringing our boat. Tried calling resort and managing company of the marina to make a wet slip and couldn’t get a call back to save our lives. Got to the resort and Had to get the general manger involved who in turn had to call the head of the hoa to even get to speak to someone. Mind that the Marina was practically empty. It was a mess. Other then that everything was great. Condo was very clean and welcoming!

We had a great time in Tavineer staying at this property! Plenty of space for the four of us. Great views from the terrace of the marina in ocean! We would definitely come back to stay . Beds very comfortable. Just need firmer pillows..Owner very easy to deal with!

Great place in good shape with a view of the water and close to both the pool and the beach.

My family and I recently stayed at this condo, and found several flaws. First the Pros of this property: The surrounding Property itself was very nice. The pool area was lovely, and I enjoyed the music that was played there. Also the sitting area near the beach was very nice to sit and have a drink. The staff at the resort were friendly and nice. Ron the owner was very pleasant and efficient to deal with. The cons: This condo's description did not "live up to what it was" it says could sleep 6. I would say more like 2 adults and 2 children. The couch in the living room was very uncomfortable to sit on or sleep on. The spare bedroom with twin beds, did not have a dresser or closet to store your clothes. The kitchen was not at all equipped if you plan on cooking your own meals. There were only 2 very small!! frying pans to use. No cookware for the oven, we had to buy something to cook with, no Keurig as stated in the description. Minimal glassware as well. The dishwasher was not securely installed and is a safety hazard. When you opened it you had to be careful that it would not fall on you. The dining table only had 4 chairs, not 6 and was not big enough to even use the plastic patio chairs to eat from. Although the view from the balcony was fabulous you could only barely fit 2 people and we are not "big people" Not enough towels and linens. Bottom line, in my opinion this condo is for people who will not be cooking, and really meant for 2 adults and 2 children. This condo does not meet my needs so I would not book it again.

We found the property to be exactly as advertised. The condo had everything we needed to have a positive experience. We found all we needed in the kitchen to be able to prepare breakfast - the only meal we chose to eat in the condo. We were happy with the proximity to the amenities of the resort. It was just a short walk to the marina, beach area, and the pool. We would recommend some type of water footwear for wading in the water -- there were quite a few rocks. The balcony provided an excellent view of sunrises, some of which were spectacular. We are happy that we chose this property for our vacation.

Overall a positive experience, large property which wasn’t very busy during this non weekend holiday. Condo roomy and we’ll laid out
