Great location, lots of room. For the amount paid, we would have appreciated hand soap and toiletries to be provided. Also, Contactless entry would be much more convenient than meeting the guy.

Our first stay as a family at Ocean Isle Beach and this vacation home did not disappoint. Very clean and well stocked. The location was so convenient. I have to say the commercial ice maker is a game changer as well as the additional fridge on the lower level. We loved the open main floor plan and all the space to sit outside. My family was very impressed. We booked for next summer. Thank you!

The house was perfect for our multi-generational family. The extra family room on the second floor is a nice additional space for hanging out. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and very organized which we really appreciated as we cook all our own meals for the week! The views of the ocean and beach from the lower and upper decks are amazing! Short walk to the beach - even for the younger ones. We loved the pool- nice break from the many hours on the beach and swimming in the evening. Casandra was excellent to work with and check in & check out was very easy. Thank you for a great week!

Great location and perfect for our family of 11. Kids loved the pool, and the beach is right in front of the unit. The kitchen had every cooking accessory we needed, so we only ate out 2 times in the whole week. We would rent again.

We spent a rainy and cool Memorial Day weekend in this beautiful and welcoming home. Even though the weather was disappointing the house was perfect in every way: spacious, incredibly well equipped kitchen, plenty of sand toys and beach chairs, and the perfect location for little ones to manage the walk to putt-putt and the park. Casandra and Mark were so easy to work with and very responsive. We will stay here again!

In the past five years we have rented five different homes on the beach. This was our sixth visit and this home is spectacular. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. This home is spotless. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen is there. Also a separate ice maker. All appliances are great. Full size washer and dryer. This is the cleanest home we ever checked into. Comfortable beds in every room. The views from the second floor just perfect. Views from the main deck are great also. Deck furniture is great also Easy access to the beach. If you're coming to Ocean Isle Beach this is the home to rent.

This house has everything you could possibly want and need! We spent Thanksgiving week there and had 13 people for dinner very comfortably. The home is newly renovated to perfection. The beds are comfy and the linens and towels were of excellent quality. The owner and manager were so easy to reach, and very accommodating. There was a lovely welcome bag when we arrived, which was so kind! We live in OIB, a little piece of Paradise, so proud to call this my home town! This home does us proud! Enjoy!

Perfect for our annual Family trip! The kitchen is very well equipped and the entire home was spotless. The pool was great for afternoon relaxing after a day at the beach. We really appreciated the welcome goody bag and look forward to staying here again!

We had a great time here! The downstairs, pool, and large covered porch were awesome! Having a bathroom for each bedroom made everything so convenient! Views were excellent! Great place to stay!

We stayed here for the second time and again it didn’t disappoint! The kitchen and living room renovations look fantastic. Spacious pool and location within easy walking distance of mini golf, ice cream and restaurants. Perfect for a family vacation. Looking forward to our next visit!

Location was very convenient. Ice maker was wonderful. Lay out of the house was very nice. Updated kitchen was well equipped and very nice. When I booked Eventide last August it said there were new full mattresses on the beds on the first floor. The beds were very uncomfortable though. You could tell just looking at the 2 full size in the room on the right that they sunk. My husband and I slept in those the first night and then our two young granddaughters said they would switch with us because the other room the mattresses were in better condition. The main bathroom on the first floor was nice with the higher sink and nicer counter space than the other bathroom. The 2 storm doors from the king rooms had a problem and Mark did have someone out the next day, they also took care of the gate to the pool, the springs were broken. Other than those issues the place is lovely. The pool was great. Everyone had a wonderful time. Thank You Pat

We really enjoyed our stay at Eventide. The house was better than we expected (pictures don't come close!) We especially enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and both the upper and lower decks. Property was very nice, beautiful views, ice maker a big plus. Needs a little T L C, shower doors and curtains had to much mold, need GOOD cleaning as far a not just a surface clean.
