Stayed here two years ago and two weeks ago so this is our third stay. The house is just beautiful with everything you could possibly need. Basil is absolutely awesome and so accommodating. There’s no question we will be back!!!!

We stayed 10 days in the house and for us it was just a fantastic holiday. The house has everything you need. We especially enjoyed the pool. We had some questions which Basil answered very quickly. I can recommend this house to everybody, especially to families.

This was our third time renting this home. We enjoyed our stay and the pool was great. It’s just as advertised. The home is super clean and had everything we needed. It’s close to restaurants, shopping, and beaches. We would definitely be returning in the future.

From the moment we walked into the house, we were impressed. The decor is beautiful and the layout is lovely. The pool in the backyard is wonderful...like your very own oasis. The home is equipped with just about everything you need for your stay. Basil was prompt in responding to any questions we had. Our group of 6 ladies has rented many properties over the years, and this one has been the best!

Our family of five had a very lovely 8-day stay for spring break. The house was immaculate and beautifully designed. Love the spacious kitchen and all the extra amenities. We made good use of the pool and spent a couple days at the nearby beach. Overall a terrific experience and we would definitely come back again! Thank you Basil!

Great time staying here! Property was clean and ready when we arrived. Minor issues while we were there, but everything was responded too or helped with shortly. Kids loved the park that was close by and walk able to store and a few restaurants. Beach was super easy to get too. Pool was a huge hit. Beds were comfortable and 3 bathrooms was great! Would definitely recommend!

Lovely backyard, pool and places to sit and relax. Home was open concept, great kitchen with large window view and access to the backyard. Master bedroom on opposite side of house from other two bedrooms. Three full baths. Really quiet neighborhood. Relaxing and comfortable. Great location!! We will be coming back.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The house was very clean and thoughtfully laid out, furnished and stocked. The pool and surrounding landscaping made for a private tropical oasis you can spend all week in.

Stayed a week and the place was great. Neighborhood was perfect for walking and there was hardly a reason to leave the house. Had questions about the pool light that were quickly answered by the host. Will come back again.

We stayed at Basil’s property for three weeks. The house is spacious, with each of the three bedrooms having its own bath. The house is impeccably decorated and well equipped. The kitchen is huge. The pool is lovely. The neighborhood is beautiful and extremely quiet. We heard zero noise day or night. We can’t wait to come back!

Loved this home. Had everything you could possibly think of. Kitchen is amazing! Open spacious floor plan plenty of room for 6 people. Heated pool for after the beach which was perfect as there were a couple of cool days. Beach was 2 miles away, do not go by gps to the beach take the back route rather than highway less traffic. The host Basil is prompt with responding to any questions you may have. I recommend staying here you will not be disappointed.

Well-appointed home with heated pool and full kitchen. Everything our family needed for a couple weeks away. Location is central to most places we traveled. Agree with some reviews that only a portion of the pool got sun during our trip, but it worked for us. We moved some chairs around and others preferred the shade. Basil was super responsive. Thanks again for a great vacation with the fam.

Very nice stay. A few issues with some cleaning and household issues. Owner was very quick in response and took good care of us. Items were fixed within 24 hrs. I would choose this property again.

Beautiful house!! Everything I expected and more. I would gladly stay there next time. It would be challenging if we had young kids. They asked that you not wear shoes inside. Wasn’t a problem for us, though

Beautiful house. Well furnished. We found most everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The house was very clean. It had stormed before we arrived and the pool was a little dirty but, still able to be used. Location is great for dining, shopping and the beach. Basil was a very responsive host to all questions. I would recommend this home to anyone looking.

This is the second time staying at this amazing property. The house is beautiful, very clean, and well equipped. Having two teenage daughters we love how each bedroom has its’ own full bath. We enjoyed the outdoor space with its’ greenery, great pool, and comfortable outdoor furniture. The location is wonderful. It’s very close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We look forward to visiting this home in the future.

The house was great and the price was very reasonable. Everything was clean and tidy and the house was well stocked with everything needed such as kitchen utensils and bath towels. The pool was clean and comfortable to use. Printed instructions were very detailed and answered any questions that I had. Basil was a great host and very responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here any time!

The house was better than described! The pool and outdoor areas were perfect for our family. We enjoyed the layout of the house and the fabulous kitchen! The location was perfect for a morning walk, shopping and dining. And only a short drive for the beaches and other nearby attractions! Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing Florida stay!

House was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for a family with teenagers/older children. Great location. The home is decorated beautifully- very modern and sleek. From that aspect we were quite comfortable. Pool is nice but hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival. We cleaned it out as much as we could but the right tools we needed couldn’t be found. The outside seating areas would have been enjoyable but we’re covered with leaves and the cushions were dirty. We could not find an outdoor broom to sweep to clean it up so we could use it (I did ask owner about a broom but there was not one where he indicated.) a few days before we left landscapers trimmed the plants around the pool- it was so nice after that! I wish that would have all been done prior to our arrival. We ran out of or could not find things like paper towels. Baking sheets, extra dish towels, extra linens, basic essentials like condiments, etc. Things were not organized/staged well to make it convenient. We had a wonderful stay, but it could have been much more enjoyable if the home had been stocked with essentials and set up for convenience. One of the important features on selecting a home for me was keyless entry to allow people to come and go as they please.we didn’t learn until the day before we arrived the keyless entry was broken. There was a lock box, but only one key in it, so it wasn’t as convenient as I had planned for. We had a wonderful vacation- it’s a beautiful home. The little details would have made a huge difference.

Everything about our stay and the house was absolutely perfect!

We had a great two week stay. The home has a great layout with a bathroom for each bedroom. Beautifully decorated and well appointed. The backyard/pool is even better than the pictures show as the landscaping has matured making it completely private. Just a short drive to the beach and 30 minutes to other great cities for more dining and shopping options if you feel like venturing out. If not, Deerfield Beach has plenty to offer. We would definitely return to this lovely home.

This property is nicely decorated and super clean. We worked remotely while visiting and found the house to be very comfortable and enjoyable.

The house is nicely furnished, supplied with everything one might need, convenient location, close to shopping and restaurants. It's in a quiet neighborhood. Great place for relaxation and to spend time with friends. The fact that the two bedrooms with queen beds are on one side of the house and the one bedroom with a king allows for privacy.

We have stayed in a few different places in Deerfield beach and I think this house was my favorite! It is actually much nicer than the pictures. It is a great layout with a master on one side and two nice bedrooms with nice bathrooms on the other it’s almost like three separate masters which was perfect for my family with adult children. The outside area is also perfect with two living areas. This works so well for some more calls that we all needed to take from different locations. We would all definitely stay here again!

This home was perfect for a wedding/holiday weekend and was equipped with everything we needed for a small family gathering! Each room was also spacious and clean and the backyard was private, which was just what we needed. Will definitely be back!
