Lani Pa'a offered our family a most wonderful home for our family to celebrate our daughter's 10 years cancer free from a very serious cancer diagnosis. The home was the perfect setting, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing, fun time. There were 10 of us, 6 adults and 4 grandchildren ranging in ages from 4 1/2 - 14. We all had our own personal space and wonderful areas to congregate as a family. I highly recommend Lani Pa'a as a wonderful family home for multiple families. It is beautiful, well equipped, and the managers are very helpful. Aloha!

I rarely do a 5-star review because I've arrived at so many rentals where others rated them highly, only to find them barely average. This property is an exception. The home: Beautifully located, exactly as pictured, overlooking the setting sun on the Pacific. This lovely, spacious home was remodeled and fully kitted out with everything gourmet chefs would need. In over 20 years of staying in vacation rentals, I've never encountered such a complete kitchen. Literally nothing was missing. The interior common rooms were large, and convivial with comfortable and tasteful furnishings and dimmer switches in the evenings. The beds were large and comfortable, with soft sheets, good pillows and plush towels, all tastefully and thoughtfully chosen. The pool and hottub were perfectly sized, scenic and warm. The outdoor kitchen had the most beautiful BBQ we'd ever seen. We were cautious to keep the powerful bluetooth speaker provided low to ensure the neighbours were not disturbed. The home is located on ranch farmland and, like all homes at the Kohala Ranch, there are critters about. However, the pest control in this home was highly effective (no roaches or centipedes like in other homes). Highly recommend the house. The management: We arrived to a spotless, gleaming home that made us feel like we were the first ones ever to stay there (we weren't). The attention to details was remarkable from fanned towels hung in all the bathrooms to a couple of whimsical pool floaties nearby. Debbie and Tally were highly responsive, incredibly helpful and warm and welcoming. They clearly infuse their practice with true "aloha" and it makes you never want to leave. We have rented as tenants and landlords and the level of professionalism and care of this management team is very rare. Overall, I'd highly recommend this property and management. It is exactly as pictured and advertised and your expectations will only be surpassed. Mahalo!
