Lots of space for our group of 17. The kids loved the theatre room and the adults really enjoyed the pool table! Most well stocked kitchen of any rental we have ever stayed at!

If you are looking for a lot of space this place is great.

There is plenty of space to accommodate a large group. The loft area was great for the kids to hangout, while adults played pool in the game room. The location was also a plus. The golf course is right across the street to let the kids run around and play. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone. We will definitely rebook our next family gathering.

Our stay at this cabin was great. It was spacious and comfortable for everyone to spread out and have their own areas. Guy was amazing at communication with a few small issues that we had and did what he could to remediate them quickly.

Great property

The property was great so many bed everything was clean. Just a little concerning when one of the TVs wouldn’t turn on and had to call late at night to figure out how to turn it on.

My family had a great experience in this very cozy cabin, And we had a fun time taking advantage of all of its amenities. It’s proximity to the golf course it was good for us, and the pet friendly backyard was a huge plus. The barbecue grills worked great, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. There was ample sitting and sleeping room, and the sitting areas in the front yard and in the backyard were plenty for us all. The younger ones took advantage of the unique theater room and hammock outside, while the adults had fun in the game room with the pool table, with the kitchen and bathroom nearby. While the cabin is not exactly walking distance to things in town, it’s not much of a drive to get to the stores, antique shops, theaters, or fishing spots that lakeside Pinetop has to offer. The bedrooms have a nice sliding door to the patio, which was really nice to relax and enjoy The peace and quiet that this location had to offer. There are many rules to read and to follow, but with any common sense, this should not be a problem for anyone. The owners left us a lovely gift basket in the kitchen, with a nice welcome letter, which we felt added a nice personal touch to her visit. The fireplaces worked quite well, there was plenty of hot water for showers, and there was tons of blankets throughout the home. We definitely do hope to do more business with the owners soon, and we do recommend.

Lovely house with enough space and just the right amount of amenities. Its location is awesome with easy access to the main road and 28 minutos from Sunrise.

Ideal for large extended families and groups.

I liked to say how poorly the cabin was. The cabin was very dirty. Spiderwebs inside and outside of cabin. Need new pool sticks. Had share one pool stick to play pool. Carpet needs to be cleaned. No cleaning supplies or trash bags. Had to buy . Weird odor In the house. . Cabin was left cleaner than when we arrived. Need to hire new cleaning service. But other than that had great time.

We have attempted staying in the same house on family reunions a number of times with varying degrees of success. Our stay at Koby’s has been the best so far. With 28 people under one roof, you never know what it will be like. This cabin had plenty of space and enough to do to keep the youngsters occupied…from the teens all the way down to the toddlers. The pool table was a bonus, the hammocks were a hit, and the theater room was amazing. On top of that, Guy was a great host, making sure everything was in order and even furnishing a welcome basket with goodies. A few things we did while in Pinetop were, 1) kayaking at a local lake, 2) hiking trails, 3) driving a couple of hours to go jet skiing and boating, 4) enjoying a local hot air balloon festival, and 5) going to the local swim center. We would definitely rent this place again if we visit Pinetop.

We had our family reunion at this lodge and everyone loved the place! Great town, lots of activities in the area. I would suggest this lodge/cabin to anyone looking for a place for a large group.

The location and cabin are fun. There is an excessive amount of rules all over the house that added a level of stress and anxiousness to the stay. I'm assuming they probably had a guest that ruined the house before. Overall good stay and the family had fun

Just stayed at this lovely Pinetop cabin this weekend with a group. Great time, super organized owners, perfect for our needs.

Great place to stay. Enjoyed the amenities the Lodge had to offer. Will definitely stay again. Also enjoyed the Christmas Lights & Christmas tree.
