The front desk lady was so rude, we booked and then the price was more, I think they must get a lot of illegal stuff going on with the rules, No one can visit your room? We go to see family and usual to meet up at our room. She threw my I’d back at me and said” fine don’t stay here” So we didn’t, stayed in a beautiful room, at the adory hotel, was fantastic and super comfortable and clean. So thanks , had a great weekend, even with a bump in our vacation. Kelly rozowski

Front desk forgot they are providing a service to us, Being gatekeeper of a few rooms on a big weekend of out of towers , Even though we pre booked , bad practices. Never to return.

We thought this would be a good location.

The rooms are on the shabby side. Plastic covered mattresses and box springs, lamp shades with rips, no comfortable furniture, tv that wouldn’t keep a signal, and a refrigerator that inexplicably stopped working during the night resulting in water all over the floor. I think there was something wrong with the power switch to that side of the room. The breakfast was less than mediocre. This is really a working persons motel and many of the clients smoke just outside the side entrances, including marijuana.

1st front desk was weird about my other he had to get his i d 2nd room had to be opened by key *heat smelled weird, sauna closed, company yelling up and down hallways, sheets had stains and bathroom floor was dirty used tampon on the floor not to mention towels smelled like a basement and very slow drain toilet

The hot tub is a nice amenity, the location is great, and the few breakfast items offered are a nice addition.

The pool water was cold, the beds and pillows aren't very comfortable, the sauna no longer works. The price is a little high.

The staff were decent and quick at check in that's it.

Everything it wasn't comfortable, it wasn't clean, it's spendy for what you get, the smell of drugs everywhere in the building, loud neighbors.

Breakfast was very good but was expecting waffles for breakfast. The staff and housekeeping staff was very friendly and polite.

More supervision in the pool room area. The guest that was in the pool as at 9pm when we arrived was not minding the 3 children at all. The one child throwing a ball up into a stairway in a overlooking location over and over and over again and than running by the pool jumping in continuously to fetch the ball and me and my girlfriend are very amazed the child didn't slip into the pool as well as busted her head. Another thing was the staff didn't check the pool for the time frame for the children's time to leave the pool area. It was 10:20pm and was already into the adult time and the other guest was still in the pool room with the 3 children. Also the children had alot of toys floating in the pool and not using them. We was NOT PLEASED WITH THE POOL area !

Was very easy to locate and it is close to tons of places to go eat and entertainment.

Checking in the police were called in to investigate others that were staying there. When police arrived the amount of people getting out and coming back in after the police were gone was amazing.

The breakfast was fine. Minimal but I find that when they to serve hot foods at hotel buffets they are always disappointing. I made a bagel and they had cream cheese and jam, so I was good with that.

In the middle of the night there was a couple very loudly fighting in the hallway. It woke us up and went on for quite some time. The bathtub had some long hairs in it and drained very slowly so when taking a shower you were standing in water. Other than that that room seemed in ok condition.

The staff was very friendly when we got there, until the noise complaints started happening when we were all just walking tv, at a low volume, and not talking

We kept getting noise complaints when we were quiet and sleeping. There were people humping each other in the hot top while my children 4+6 were playing in the pool. No towels at the pool either. People screaming at each other at 11pm, door slamming
