Quiet, peaceful location and close to the lovely downtown!

House was in super great location and very kid friendly. Would definitely stay again. Really only complaint was not being able to get it. Switch out key box if it’s known to cause issues.

This house was down the street from my cousins who had a backyard wedding. We were able to walk to town and shop and walk back. The area is very beautiful and quiet. The house is spacish. The house was clean and has a lot of windows for natural light. We were sad we didn't get to enjoy it much!

Nice little house. Bedrooms and bathroom were very clean. Great location for exploring Philipsburg. Plenty of linens, and well stocked kitchen.

The property is cute and close to the main attractions. There is no AC in the house and no fans for the bedrooms, I would bring your own, it got very warm in there. There is also only one mirror in the whole place so it you have more than one lady getting ready it could be a problem. Plenty of games, blankets, and pillows.

Location is just 3 blocks up the hill from “Main Street”. Basic lodging for 4 that gives you a place to sleep and prepare meals as you enjoy the area. 25 minutes from fishjng in Rock Creek. Minutes from Flint Creek. 20 minutes from Georgetown Lake and 30 minutes from Discovery Ski Resort. And of course, walk down the hill to the brewery, dinner, shops and of course, the in town version of Gem Mountain. Great price per night for 4 adults. Would be nice if there was a better patio to sit out on in the morning and evening.

My husband and his crew of three had a job in Pburg for a week and we found this house last minute. He came home saying it was really comfortable for the four of them, with two queen beds, two futons, and was very clean! Thanks so much for your hospitality! We had a wonderful time as a family of 5- kids ages 12,15,17. The house is a nice size- not too big or too little and comfortable for sleeping, playing games, cooking and relaxing! Short walk to all the things: brewery, dining, ice cream shop, candy store and mining for gems. My kids wished we could stay longer & even live here! Hosts made this easy - we will definitely recommend and come back!

We had a great stay in Phillipsburg. The location is great we were able to walk everywhere in town. Our host was very responsive and the house met all our expectations.

Our son was playing music at The Spring, so we met with our daughter as well and all stayed there -- perfect location to get out for a day of floating and fishing and back in time to enjoy the evening's music and social distancing at The Spring! The house was perfect - very well- appointed kitchen for our needs, comfy beds, and full bathroom. Just perfect!

Enjoyed the closeness to downtown, amenities in kitchen and fridge and the big front porch. Easy to go hiking. Friendly neighborhood. Our dog loved it!!

It’s a great location from downtown P-Burg! The house had everything we needed to cook our meals and for two small families to sleep comfortably! We hope to come back soon!

This property is awesome and the renters are super cool and leaninant.

The house has a nice open layout that is terrific for largish groups - we had a group come over for dinner and it did not feel crowded at all. The house is really well-equipped except for a couple of items. (table lamp in one of the bedrooms would be nice and there was no cheese grater that we could find).

Perfect for our family with toddlers and teens, we walk downtown for the festivities. Lots of entertainment for those staying in. Great place!

Excellent basecamp for exploring Philipsburg and the amazing surrounding recreation.

The home is as pictured and described in it's listing. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and several spices and a bit more. We walked to down town, but the home is on top of a hill, so a bit of a walk up, but doable. It was a quite neighborhood when we were there. We only stayed 2 nights and were not able to view all of the highlights of the town, so we'll be back and would for sure stay again. Thanks for sharing your home with us! Jana
