We brought our whole family down for a family vacation/honeymoon and this home did not disappoint!! Plenty of rooms, bathrooms, lounging areas, and the home was clean and well stocked. Just a short walk to the beach and all the activities over at Banditos. The Aguilera's are great hosts and we would definitely stay here again!!!

We had a wonderful long weekend here! The location is perfect and is a short walk down a path to the beach. The pool and hot tub are practically steps away. We enjoyed the rooftop lounge area in the mornings and the evening. The fire pit up there is a nice touch! There were a few small issues but the owners responded promptly and addressed the problems. The house accommodated our large group with children perfectly and I would recommend staying here.

Amazing home my family enjoyed it. Jose was great at communicating and the house had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a family vacation!

Wonderful location away from town noise but close enough to drive down for dinner or groceries. Hot tub was great at night, very safe community, and really nice friendly neighbors that live there, quiet hours after 10. Path to beach was cute. Condo is perfect for 2 couples with kids.

This is a beautiful home very near the beach. The children loved the pool. On site security is well run. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The property manager, Lorena, was very responsive and helpful regarding my questions. There are also some good restaurants within walking distance. I would stay at this property again.

Wow - what a great home!! Everything was EXACTLY as you described, and depicted in the photos! I go to Puerto Peñasco to relax and rejuvenate and, while the resorts are fun, I think the beaches can be over-crowded and loud, so I loved how easy and quiet, and comfortable everything was in this beautiful and modern home. I loved how much space we had: 2-car garage with a washer and 2 dryers and whole-house water softening and filtration system (and wagons to take stuff to the beach!!), full kitchen/dining/living room area (I LOVED the views thru those massive windows and sliding door!), super comfortable bedrooms and beds, modern bathrooms with great showers, cooling units and ceiling fans in every room, & the beautiful outside spaces facing the Sea of Cortez (especially that incredible roof-deck to take in those sunrises and sunsets!!) At first, I was a little hesitant about getting to the beach, but I ended up really enjoying the super short walk (approx. 6 minutes, door-to-sand), by the pool and large jacuzzi, thru the beautifully landscaped and quiet public areas, to the private beach - the best!! Thank you so much, José and Lorena, for making such a beautiful and comfortable home for us - and for all you did to make this vacation so easy and memorable! Great Vacation Home.

We loved this place and are so ready to comeback. The house has everything you need to have a wonderful time. The host was excellent and the amenities great. There is nothing lacking.

I will say that Jose the owner is very responsive and he is as helpful as he can be. Too bad some of the circumstances seemed to be out of his control - like the hot water. We love the neighborhood and area. We stayed at another house a couple of years back and that was good. We just needed a bigger property for our group of 9 this time around. The place does need a thorough cleaning. Some examples are that theres crumbs in almost all the drawers and cabinets. The rooftop bathroom didn’t even look like it had been cleaned and all the chairs and tables outside were dusty. The carpet in the living room either needs to be replaced or deep shampooed. Also when we got there there wasnt enough bathroom towels for us (9 of us plus a baby). Fortunately I caught the cleaning crew nearby and they provided some later in the day when we checked in. The cleaning crew was great. Since we had a big group of 9 I paid for extra housekeeping the third day and that was nice. There are no beach towels so bring your own. There are no closets. I would recommend the owner provide suitcase holder/racks because all our belongings ended up on the floor. Had issues with hot water. The only hot water shower that worked consistently was the master bedroom shower off the living room. I asked the owner for a credit and he says he couldn’t provide one but he could for the next time we stay there. The pro is that again Jose is super helpful and responsive. He responded to all of my feedback and even called us to arrange a plumber to stop by to check on the hot water issue. Thanks Jose!

The property was excellent. We loved the roof top patio and all the space the house had to offer. Jose was quick to answer any questions. The only thing that was a small problem was checking in. The housekeepers didnt leave until almost 6pm and check-in was at 4. We hope to reserve this property again in the future.

We stayed here with our 7 kids and my parents. There were 11 of us total and the home was perfect for our family. Our kids ranged in age from 1 year old to 14. The pool is just out the back door and then perfect distance from the house. It was well suited for cooking meals during our stay. We look forward to staying here again!
