Loved the place - short walk to the beach, and a state park lake with great swimming right next door if the beach flags are double red. Easily slept 6 adults and 4 kids. Close to grocery, restaurants, etc.

It was great to wake up and see the water each morning and the walk was easy to the beach. The home is older so it has some small issues like no pantry, painted kitchen cabinets and an older pool deck. But overall it is a good home for a large family. Well stocked kitchen and beach toys, chairs, floats, etc. The room with the curtains as a door is good for young kids but not teens or adults. The top deck is great for sunsets but only accessed through the master suite or through the curtain room. We worked it out but could help to know in advance. Homeowner was very nice and helpful throughout the stay. Communicated some minor issues to her that hopefully will help the next guests.

The Sherrill Family had a fun vacation while staying at Paradise Lookout. The bedroom layout worked great for our multigenerational family. The pool was dirty due to rain showers, but Liza addressed this problem. Several days were red flag days at the beach. The children had fun in the pool on these days. The only issues with the home were that water was turned off on arrival, master bath shower drain was stopped up but these problems were easily corrected. This was our first time to the Inlet Beach area. A beautiful area and home that we would return to for another fun time!!

Full package - location, beach access, pool, house configuration, and all the things you’ll need to have a great time. Check-in and communication were timely and excellent. House and pool were clean and well appointed with everything you’ll need. Chairs, toys and wagons in the garage are a great addition so you don’t have to remember them. Home layout and room configuration is great for a Multi family vacation or multi generational trip.

The house was spacious with everything we needed. There are views of the Gulf from multiple floors and it was just a short walk to the beach. Having the pool was great for the kids. I would definitely recommend

Our family made great memories at this lovely beach home. It really is just minutes away from the beach, and even the "public" beach area wasn't crowded. The rooftop deck view is stunning! We appreciated the large living area on the main floor that allowed all of us to enjoy time together. The a/c and appliances worked well during our stay, and the beds were comfy! All bathrooms have been updated, and the pool was wonderful. Lisa is a generous host, offering extras that we haven't noticed in other rentals--multiple rolls of toilet paper, soap in each bathroom, twice weekly garbage pick-up and plenty of outside trash cans for large groups, as well as weekly pool cleaning. She was gracious, easy to communicate with, and responsive when answering any questions. Bonus: her check-out process is the least cumbersome of any rentals we've stayed at. Thank you again, Lisa, for your many kindnesses!

This property was even better this time around as the owner has upgraded the floors and bathrooms, The house was very clean and very well supplied with clean towels, linens etc. The views are breathtaking and the owner made sure that everything was in order for our visit. Great location, Great house, great quiet side of the beach!

Paradise Lookout is the perfect spot for a family vacation and for relaxing in the height of summer madness. Lisa Norman and her lovely home are so warm and welcoming, with every comfort that luxury can provide! This is not our first time at Paradise Lookout! We returned this time for some close family time with an intergenerational crew aged 18 months to 75! We all enjoyed the comfortable bedding, the innovative design, the cool ocean breezes and the best views any crows nest can provide! The beach was just a stones throw away and we had unobstructed views of the ocean from the crows nest, where we had evening cocktails or daytime tanning sessions. The nearby beach was perfect for my daily swimming regimen as well as for my family members of all ages. Paradise Lookout has every modern convenience, a cook's kitchen (and I love to cook), a relaxing swimming pool, space to park the cars and games galore. I look forward to our winter family vacay here at Paradise Lookout! Can't wait to return!! Thanks for the great stay, Lisa!

Prompt communication with an accommodating host. Home provided all our needs. Kids all loved spending time at Philips inlet nearby searching for crabs of all kinds. Beautiful views from house. Quiet beach was a plus.

Spending a week in Paradise Lookout was truly paradise. The home was beautiful and comfortable with plenty of room. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would find in your own kitchen at home. The beds were cozy and comfortable making for a good night of sleep. Lisa was an amazing host who was easy to communicate with when the neighborhood had a wifi and power outage. She was was on top of attending to the issues right away and sent us a beautiful gift basket full of goodies for the inconvenience. It was completely unnecessary but so appreciated and gracious of her. Paradise Lookout was a home away from home where we were able to reminisce of the past and make new memories to cherish in our hearts forever.

Great views of the gulf, perfect location with short walk to the beach! Grocery stores and shopping were close by and Lisa was an amazing hostess. She responded quickly to questions. The house had plenty of room for our family and the pool was clean and enjoyed by everyone!

Omg, I cannot share the words tk explain how perfect this property was for us!!! My son got married at The Pearl hotel and I hosted all of the groomsmen, along with my own large family and best friend! It was sooooo perfect! The boys are all collegiate football players, so the top bunks weren’t ideal for them 😂, but there was plenty of room to put a queen air mattress for those giants, along with the king beds. The kitchen was equipped with many staples and Publix is a short drive away. The gas grill came in handy for burgers and dogs. The pool was absolutely a MUST! Beach access was a short walk to a boardwalk but TOTALLY worth it because it lead to an almost completely private beach!!’ Or if you like a busy beach, it was a little walk the other way! Makes everyone happy! During our stay, the AC went out. Lisa was sooooo great and got the serviceman there very quickly!!! The porches are fantastic with seating and eating spaces, and don’t get me started on the 4th floor top deck! Beautiful view!!! Beds were comfy and bathrooms have all been updated! It was an absolutely perfect place for us on an absolutely perfect wedding weekend!

Our families really enjoyed this lovely house so close to the beach! We had several pre-teens who were able to bike to the beach, as well as bike over to Rosemary. The house was very comfortable and we had no issues at all! Great space for multiple families.

Rented this beautiful home for my daughter’s beach bachelorette weekend and it worked out perfectly! Plenty of room. Close to the beach. Would stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay. Owner was very responsive when we had a minor issue. We had 12 people and it was the perfect size. Heads up the 2 rooms on main floor not ideal for early-to-bed guests if some of the group stay up late and are loud. Spectacular sunset views. Quiet neighborhood but right down the road from Rosemary Beach.

My family and I had the most amazing vacation at Paradise Lookout! The house was everything we expected and more! And we’re coming back the first chance we get for more gorgeous views, luxurious bedding, chefs kitchen, games galore, super fun pool, relaxing decks and steps to the beach and superb dining. Lisa is an exquisite hostess! She’s thought of everything to make a family vacay fun and memorable! The beds were super comfortable, so much so that I slept in every morning! The entire house is beautifully decorated with no amenity spared. If I could rate Paradise Lookout a “10,” I surely would!

Lisa was wonderful, very responsive and so easy to work with! The location to the beach was the best part of the house, in my opinion. Just a short walk across the street to a non crowded beach. We did run into some issues with the water having a strong smell of sulfur for the first 3 days of our stay there. Apparently this can happen when the property sits dormant and we were visiting during the off season. We let Lisa know and she had someone come out to help with it but since it was a holiday (thanksgiving), we did have to wait two days before we got any relief. Just something to be aware of in case you find yourself visiting in the off season like we did. The home is older with some portions renovated and others not so some of the bathrooms were more desirable to use than others. The kitchen had all of the cooking tools we needed so that was nice. We also appreciated having access to beach chairs and toys for the kids.

Lisa was great to work with, very responsive. Loved the house, it was exactly as advertised. I would definitely recommend it, we are hoping to stay there again next year.

Great home for large families! The additional space she added upstairs is fantastic and adds additional sleeping areas! It’s a very kid friendly home as well- has lots of kid toys, beach chairs and beach wagons in the garage she lets her guests use. She also has a pack n play, high chair and baby gate available at the home! We had 7 adults and 6 kids under 6 and it was wonderful! Super easy /short walk to the beach where it isn’t overcrowded and a great pool for the kids to play in! We had one minor issue while there and Lisa responded ASAP and took care of it - excellent customer service - the kind that’s rare these days!

Lisa is a great host! Was quick to answer calls and respond to questions. Great location..quick access to PCB airport PCB shopping and Rosemary dinning....without all the tourist and beach traffic of the big developments to the west. redo of master bedroom suite is great. opens up alot of nice views from the adjecent bunk room and from the 3rd floor deck. And the sunrise/ sunsets from the sky deck take your breath away. my 90+ yr old parents were willing to climb all the way up just to enjoy!

This is my second time being here and it did not disappoint! The upstairs renovation was beautiful and definitely felt like an upgrade. Just like last time the house was very clean, Lisa was responsive, and the trip was a perfect COVID-19 getaway. My family loved it and can't wait to come back.

We had a wonderful time at Paradise Lookout. The home was clean and well-taken care of. It had everything we possibly needed and we loved the easy access to the beach boardwalk. The newly remodeled loft room is lovely and the master bathroom is gorgeous. Lisa was a pleasure to work with and very helpful with any questions we had. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! We are a family of 6 adults and 6 children under 8. The layout of the home worked great for us. The main level area was large enough for us all to cook, eat and play games. The beds were all comfortable and after we got the home cooled down the AC worked great all week, even on 3rd floor. The beach access was great. We had a few issues that were handled promptly by the owner. There is a lot of construction going on close by , but we would stay here again.

This was a wonderful trip! The place was very clean and and Lisa had communicated the cleaning and their COVID-19 precautions. The house has a wonderful view of the ocean from their kitchen and upstairs level. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and it wasn't too crowded. Local takeout and beaches made it easy for us not have contact with anyone but our family. Lisa is great as well! At some point our code stopped working and she was a phonecall away and solved our problem instantly! The lovely pool was perfect for when we didn't feel like getting out to the beach. This was my first VRBO trip and I will definitely be booking this property again!
