The hosting team made a very effort to make things right, when there were some electrical failures. We understand hot tropical climate can be a perfect environment for equipment malfunction. However, Liza your local team was outstanding in troubleshooting and taking care of things as needed. Your place was awesome, well equipped and well thought out. Your attention to detail around the gardens made our holiday a special place, with lots of memories. We enjoyed the different sitting areas, anthropological richness, botanical annotations throughout the property, masks and ocean views. We can see why you called it: “Ocean Oasis!” Great description of the place. An oasis in the middle of NIcoya peninsula, Costa Rica, the tropics and todays busy world. Thanks for sharing it with us! Our 11-member family felt at ease, explored the surroundings and was able to relax! Can make sure all works easily, regardless of conditions. Brenda - cleaning lady on demand, was fantastic. She knew where everything was and was able to manage towels for each and every room. Other renters should definitely contract her. It can make a huge difference to focus on having fun and let Brenda keep the home orderly. My family and I love this property! We stayed the last three nights of our two-week Costa Rica vacation at Ocean Oasis and did not want to leave. The house host, Javier, was incredibly helpful and accessible during our stay. The property is huge and immaculately maintained inside and out. It was so relaxing just to sit on the patio and drink coffee while watching the macaws, monkeys, and other wildlife. This property feels remote yet is conveniently located a short drive from town where we bought groceries to cook our own meals. When we chose not to cook, we walked to a nearby resort restaurant or drove to Tambor or Montezuma. Words and pictures don’t do this property justice. It’s truly a magical place. We will be back!
