Niets al hetgene dat in de beschrijving stond van booking over het hotel was niet aanwezig

alles ik betaal genoeg en het was schandalig koud eten water van de kraan om de twee dagen dezelfde 3 groenten spruiten brocolli bloemkool alleen gebakken aardappelen en rijst er was ook niets in hotel alleen zwembad bar sorry maar ik wens wel dat jullie een compensatie geven koffie was ook niet te drinken het geen jullie zeggen van hotel klopt niet ons paspoort moesten we afgeven kregen die niet terug maar moesten we met auto rijden zonder paspoort. de paspoorten zijn onze persoonlijke eigendom en mogen onder geen beding worden afgenomen. Ik ga kijken om een eventuele tuchtprocedure tegen het hotel te voeren. In bijgevoegde foto kan je zien hoe sommige mensen de hele weg van het zwembad blokkeren

I like that it was close to sea

I didn't like that there were so many children and it was always loud

It is amazing! The location is amazing, between mountains and islands, with blue and clear water. There is a little store on the grounds where snorkeling equipment can be bought and i really recommend it. Food is diverse and plenty. Loved the self-service bar, well stocked and you can try every combination you want. Transportation from the resort is tricky, but there are plenty activities around: Visit the islands with a speedboat, jet skiing and others within walking distance, scooters and ATVs. Went in September, when there are fewer families, but there are activities for all ages, from morning until night. The staff has been more than amazing, from the kitchen crew to front desk. They offered a room upgrade and were very helful with any accessibility issues we've had.

The coffee is meh

Tolle Lage direkt am Meer, sehr ruhig. Gute Auswahl der Speisen und Cocktail-Bar. Für Familien mit Kinderbetreuung und Animation.

Recht voll, beim Abendessen eher laut durch Animation - diese ist auf Französisch gewesen, daher nicht für alle verständlich. Weniger gefallen haben uns die Getränke, diese waren eher ein mix aus Wasser&Sirup

Very comfortable bed, very clean, lots of hotel amenities, plenty of pools, sun beds, right on the sea front. Beautiful scenery.

Food choices could have been better, there wasn’t much variety, pancake machine was good at breakfast but the queue was always very long. Meats and cheeses at breakfast would have been good for lunch. Also was told the car park would be 13€ on arrival, turns out when we checked out it was 13€ a day! Very expensive for the middle of nowhere

Vrlo čist i uredan, održavan, neprimjetne i vrlo ljubazne čistačice. Hrana je bila odlična i raznovrsna. Plaza odlična sa dovoljnim brojem lezaljki i suncobrana- bravo!!!! Mir u noćnim satima, prekrasno ako želite dobar odmor.

Televizor u sobi morao bi biti većih dimenzija jer sa udaljenosti od 4-5 m od trosjeda ne vidite bas dobro sadržaj na tako malom ekranu. Imam dojam da osoblje na recepciji nije bas koordinirano i ne prenose poruke jedni drugima. Osoblje u restoranu djeluje jako umorno i neraspoloženo. Pića - sokovi su nekad prekoncrntrirana ili preslabo koncentrirana… možda tu treba poraditi. Posude za sol i papar većinom nisu u funkciji- nabaviti nove definitivno.

Hotel location is pretty convenient with very nice facilities. Food always had enough varieties, it was abundant and tasted good. Snacks and fruits were continuously served between main courses. Saff was quite professional and kept hotel facilities pretty tidy and clean. Very well done Morenia!, we will recommend you to others and certainly come back!
