The breakfast, the mattress, the food in general. It should be more authentic with handmade bread for example. The service with more professional staff with more passion and détails for service and customer care. The mattress should be more comfortable it is important.

The grounds and communal areas are beautiful at this hotel. Having a car to get around was very important and it is a little out of the way. The rooms are tastefully decorated and has everything you need- water, aircon, hair dryer, slippers. The ceilings in the rooms are lovely. The breakfast was great. Although some of the cakes had gone a little dry, this may have been because we were later for breakfast though. The staff are very helpful and friendly. One lady, I'm sorry we didn't get her name, suggested we visit a local village where she is from, Grottaglie. What a hidden gem! Beautiful place. We had a beautiful stay.

The pool seemed to have a bit of algae around the edges of the pool walls.

The place is very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Since we had to go home earlier, at very early hour, they prepared a really generous lunch package for us.

our room was one of the older ones I guess, something similar to a trulli house but not with the typical roofing. we missed a little bit the charm in the room, but it was anyhow nice

Fantastic property, very well designed, great breakfast, lovely rooms. The people working there were very accommodating.

The shower floods easily when you try to use it, it doesn't have doors on it so everything goes out. We had to use the big towels to soak up all the water. Reported at the reception, hope they fix it for other guests. They need to have more plugs. You need to unplug the lamp by the bed in order for the phone to charge

The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. Staff did their best to accommodate us such as ordering us food in.

Facilities on site are very limited (no food during the day, bar not open for most of the day, no kettle or fridge in room) so you need to travel to nearby town for lunch / cofee etc. The rooms are quite dark and we had some ants so best not to bring any food in.
