A lovely old home in nice and quiet location and really well furnished and resourced. Armidale was very cold during our stay and with the exception of the lounge with the fire and aircon the rooms were chilly. However, the electric blankets were very toasty. A nice place to stay.

comfortable house but cold in winter.The front room you can hear the electrical meter box humming.No wood for fireplace. Bought some at petrol station when told on enquiring twice that we would get some the next night.

We really enjoyed our stay at Armidale. Beautiful house, nice and clean, comfortable beds and plenty of heating. Would highly recommend staying here and we'll definately stay here when next in Armidale.

The house was lovely and beds extremely comfy. An unexpected inclusion of fresh bread, butter and spreads. Great spot to stay.

Lovely cottage, lots of room, quaint furnishings, TV great, kitchen great, beds great. My wife misplaced her ring and we left message and owner found it next day and returning it via the post, Wonderful experience and time spent in this lovely home.

The house has the floor board, the board made noise when people walk on it.There is only one bathroom for 6 people in the house. Other than that, it is a decent older house.

We had a wonderful time hiking and Eating our way around Armidale and surrounds. The house was lovely and the fireplace was so cosy in the evenings. We had a wonderful time

Belltrees was convenient and clean. It was very comfortable for 5 adults.

The house was spotless and very well equipped. A lot of thought went into the decor and amenities to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Close to town but in a quiet location. Can definitely recommend!

We had the most amazing time in Kates beautiful house. Perfect location, lovely provisions and just a real ‘Home away from home.’ So easy and welcoming and wonderful comfy beds.

Clean and comfortable fire and supplies were great.

Everything is thought of in this beautiful cottage. From the warm fireplace on arrival, to the sourdough and pantry full of essentials. It snowed between Guyra and Glen Innes when we stayed, so it got extremely cold and we were always warm and cozy with the fire, air conditioning and heaters in the rooms. As well as the electric blankets on the beds. It is extremely clean and it felt like home for the week. We loved how close it was to the CBD. We would definitely stay here again.

Kate’s house was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Close to the hospital and easy walk into town. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Kate also left some tasty goodies for our breakfast. The attention to detail in the house was exceptional. Having an extra toilet in the laundry was handy when travelling in a group. We loved this cottage

Belltrees has everything and more you need for a getaway. We loved our 3 night stay very comfortable beds and cosy fire. Kate was a pleasure to communicate with. Thank you Belltrees and Armidale we will be back.

Loved our stay at Belltrees. Two nearby pubs do great food and 5-6 mins stroll into town. Loved the welcome food pack and milk in the fridge - the loaf of bread was really lovely. I would definitely stay here again.
