Die freundliche und zuvorkommende Art aller Angestellten und Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens.Das Apartment war kürzlich renoviert worden und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bei der Übergabe der Schlüssel gab uns Michele,unser Betreuer, noch jede Menge Tips über Sehenswürdigkeiten und gute Restaurants.

Everything was absolutely ideal, we are full of ecstatic emotions after our trip! The owner was really welcoming and tried to make our traveling time better with help of his own recommendation list. We have visited some places to taste special Chioggia marine dishes and they were perfect to be honest, so we didn’t need to glance at Google every time we wanted to eat and scroll a lot of different reviews to find some tasty food there! Also he showed us the most fascinating museums and gave a lot of information about Chioggia’s history. For adding, it could be pointed out that the breakfast is included, beaches are not really far, so you can enjoy your trip and know, that everything would be wonderful, from the kitchen in the apartments with coffee, tea bags and sugar to the convenient bed and bathroom! Thanks a lot!! :)

The city has everything, beautiful scenery, nice beach, less tourists. The Appartement in the city center is situated ideally with a kitchen and bikes included. Very professional and nice host (transfer, availability for questions, everything).

Location is good: a more quiet neighborhood very close to Canal Riva and the mainstreet. The appartment itself is cute even if we as one adult and two teenagers found it too small. BUT: The service is so great that in the end it did not really bother us too much. Breakfast is good, you get to choose between two places, on on the mainstreet and the other in Sottomarina. All communication was excellent and we received great tips of events, restaurants and how to get around from the staff.

Just exceptional! The apartment is located in a quiet area, two steps away from all old city attractions. It has the equipment and facilities in order to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast was simple and tasty, served with a smile at a location nearby. The car was securely parked in walking distance and the luggage transfer assured. And above all, we appreciated the warm wellcome of the host, Michele, who offered all the explanations needed for a charmly stay and being available for all the questions we had.

One of the best appartment we ever had. Host was THE BEST we ever had in our long time traveling! He was there for us for everything, breakfast was amazing as well as the amenities in the studio. If you want to be threated like royal you will stay at ValeMare. We will definitely come back again!!

Best choice to have a visit to Chiogga and to make a trip to Venice with the boat-shuttle. Parking very safe, appartment central, you dont even need the car during your stay. Very good restaurants close to the appartment, beach very large and not far. Cioggia is the small sister of Venice. When you want to see Venice comfortly, come to Chioggia, make your trip to Venive by boat, com back to Chioggia and enjoy the atmosphere of beeing in a laguna town without stress. Included in the price are bicycles for a ride in the sorroundings and a breakfeast ( more than a coffee and some sweets !) in a bar next to the appartment. Our best regards are to Michele, the best host we met since a long time. Waits for you at a meeting-point, takes care of your car in every situation, supports you with a couple of informations for your stay, you really can rely on him. Caro Michele, tante grazie per la tua cordialita ed un soggiorno che non dimenticheremo tanto presto !

Close to the pretty town of Chioggia. Lots of good bars and restaurants nearby. An enormous market on thursdays. Breakfast included. What else can I say ? Ottimo

Location, helpful staff

The service from the host was extraordinery - we were treated like royales :-). Michelle was So friendly And So helpfull. Thank you!. We really enjoyed our short stay And if anytime back in the Area we definitelly know where to stay.

Everything was nice!

I was amazed by overall level of care provided by Luca including transfers from and to parking lot, information about place&recommendation and 24/7 support during our stay (including some cultrural and travel tips). Something i haven't experienced before.

Staff is incredibly involved and commited to do everything you need just to make you satisfied. Place is clean, everything works perfect, great bathroom, good internet connection. Literally I cannot tell a bad word about it.

Minor discomfort - insufficient amount of wall power outlets for large plugs (like for laptop wall charger).

The apartment is about 5 minutes from the historical center of Chioggia, and about 20-30min walking from the beach (depending on how hot it is and how fast you walk). People often use bikes, so it's even closer. The parking is 10 minutes walking from the apartment, but there's a car service that will drive you and your luggage to the apartment (given that the streets are very small, that's the best solution). If you walk or bike, you won't need the car at all during your stay. The apartment was big enough (living room/kitchen, entrance, 1 main room, 1 smaller room, 1 bathroom). Everything was clean and well kept, as well as beautifully decorated. We appreciated the attention to the details. Note that the single beds are bunk beds! The staff was very welcoming, made sure we had all we needed and provided us with a list of places to visit and to eat at. Also very much appreciated.

Nothing about the property, but when we stayed, there was some noise from the people in the other apartment above ours. This of course doesn't depend on the property but on the guests. We also preferred to use the AC over opening windows because there was not clear air from outside (the small room and bathroom are on the inside court side where not much air circulates). And a wish: a water boiler in the kitchen :) (well, we used a pan)

The apartment is very pretty, modern, super clean and well equipped, exactly like in the photo. There’s A/C and a parking spot included (which comes in handy as the apartment is located in the historic center of Chioggia). The kitchen has all you need (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker & coffee, silverware and basic utensils, salt and pepper, dish soap and cloths, garbage bags). The main bed was big and super comfy, there are also two big wardrobes and a lot of clothes hangers which I loved (I wish there was an iron though). The bathroom was spacious, there’s a big countertop with a sink so you have a lot of space for your stuff. There’s also a hairdryer, a lot of towels, mini soap and shower gel/shampoo packets. A little downside: no shower head only the big one from the ceiling (it’s hard to clean around or to shower without washing your hair). The hosts Luca and his dad were super nice and hospitable. They helped us get there (we had issues because of a closed road and got a little lost, they literally came to guide us). Luca showed us around, gave us a lot of tips and info, then at the end of our stay let us leave the car a bit more to go get breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was a nice addition, we could choose from two bars (one in Chioggia, the other closer to Sottomarina). We only went to the one in Chioggia but it was OK, the stuff were very nice, we could choose from sweet or savory options with hot/cold beverage (we also had gluten free options as one of us was celiac, thank you so much). All in all, the place is great, the location fantastic, we’d definitely come back. A big thank you to the hosts!

Best experience ever. Can only recommend .Luca is superhost. Better then 5 star hotel. Nice cosy apartment, spotless clean, good equipped .Good breakfast, super staff .Chioggia is beautiful town with very friendly people, very safe. Superb local food .Thanks for everything.

Nothing to complain.

Vale Mare apartment was just amazing! Absolutely spotless, with everything you may need, and Luca was a fantastic host :))) Breakfasts at the bar are very nice. Calle where the apartment is located is quiet.

Nothing really. It got warm at night time (temperature reached 30C at day and 20C at night) but we should have probably had the aircon running earlier and live it overnight.

Appartment was clean and very well organised with enough space. Owners are very nice and open to help and instruct. We got more than we expected!

everything! It was cozy, clean and perfectly equipped. We didn't miss a thing and the included shuttle service, as well as the bikes were so convenient.

A very nice Appartment. Everything there what was needed. The Host picked us up at the parking and brought us back after check-out. Everything perfectelly organised and thoughtful. Breakfast is provided at a cafe in the city center, so every morning a nice walk over the canal - very nice.

Sounds from other flats in the house. But I would say very usual for every old building in an city like this.

Everything. Nicely located, extra clean, unusal friendly people, perfect service, fine breakfast, pleasant atmosphere, beautyful designed appartements. Definitely to reccomend! We’ll come back again.
