He was very accommodating with us brining our little fur baby and early check in. Very clean and GREAT location! I highly recommend staying at this slice of heaven!

Tony was an excellent host from the beginning of our booking. A group of 7 girls stayed for a bachelorette party. The pictures make the property look smaller than it is... and it is small, especially for seven girls, but the main kitchen area feels spacious and there is ample outdoor deck space. Only one small bathroom, but we made it work. If there was more storage/hooks in the bedrooms we would have been more comfortable. Also, please add a full length mirror! Otherwise, you cannot beat the location - steps to downtown and the beach, with three parking spots. Cottage was clean and cute, we would definitely recommend to a smaller group. Thanks Tony!

We had the absolute best time possible!! It was just what we needed as a family. The booking process was so easy, the check-in process so easy, the place was clean and smelled good. The deck was perfect for being outside, and to our surprise there was even a small fire pit!! My son and husband made a cute little fire one night and had some really great quality "boy" time!! The bunk beds were perfect, the beds were comfy! The couch was just the right size for the four of us to snuggle up and watch a show - we brought our playstation and a few movies, as the forecast showed some rain. Kitchen was stocked with the essentials, pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, cutting boards, etc. It was the perfect place and size for our family of four!! It was a quick walk to the strip or the beach, even with two kids (8 and 11), it was close enough that it didn't feel like a pain to get around but far enough that we felt like we had some distance and privacy from the strip!! It's tucked right in amongst people who live in Grand Bend and the neighbours were super friendly, our van battery died twice while we were there and different neighbours helped to give us a boost! We will 100% be back, hopefully we can make it an annual adventure!! Thank you Tony for such an amazing stay!!!!!!!! This place is truly a gem!!!

Great time

The cottage is extremely small. The 3 bedrooms fit a bed and nothing else. If two people are sleeping in a room one is against the wall and must climb over the other to get out. The living-room contains a 3 seater sofa and tv and nothing else. This cottage can not accommodate a party of seven. We were 4 and had to use an outdoor camp chair in order to be able to watch tv together. The bathroom is very small. The ceiling is very low so the shower door can not be pulled open because it is blocked by the ceiling. The shower needs the caulk cleaned. When we arrived we found the bedding had been left for us to make the beds. No facecloths were available and only one hand towel was left for 4 people. The bath towels appeared to be quite old. Fire pit had burnt wood strewn on the deck when we arrived and the bbq was not cleaned. We had planned on using the bbq but did not because it was not clean. Overall would not rent again.

We had a great time staying in this place Tony and his girlfriend are very accommodating. It was the first time of going away with my family and my sister's family since the pandemic started. Our kids had so much fun with the bonfire and marshmallows in the evening. It is a perfect location with just 5 min walk to the beach. We can't wait to book this place again next year. Lorena

This was a perfect stay for myself and two friends. The property offers a clean and decorative stay on the inside, with lots of outdoor space and a fire pit. Short walk to the beach and the main strip. Overall, a great place to stay for a small group!

We had a great time at this little cottage wrapping up our summer in Grand Bend (had never stayed in Grand Bend before - only visited the beach for a day). It was the perfect spot to meet our budget as well as our want to be close to everything. We had 7 of us stay - 3 adults and 4 tween/teen kids and found it suited us well. We spent most of our time at the beach and outside soaking in the last of summer. If we had had rain for the 3 days we may have felt a little claustrophobic, after a while, but could have probably found something to do in town. It was an easy walk to everything, had an amazing deck out back (which was a surprise not pictured in the listing) and, though small, had enough space to fit us all comfortably. Nice open area eat in kitchen was perfect for games and eats on a showery night and breakfasts in the morning. We ate all our other meals out and found lots of options within an easy walk - even for our 2 Vegetarians! Loungers in the TV room were amazing. Cozied up in them and watched Harry Potter on netflix during downtime. A little tight for 7, but we don't mind cuddling. All in all, a great little place. Tips - bring some extra towels for the beach and personal use (face cloths, tea towels etc.) and if you have a full house, take short showers or space them out. Otherwise everything was great - clean, tidy, cool vibe and in great working order, Made some fun memories and would love to come back.
