My family and friends were there for an Ironman race at the weekend of 9/10/2022. We were searching a house close by so that we could have a good rest, cook some food for energy and recovery. We found the house was in a good location, with all we wanted. During the communication, Debbie and Jared were very friendly and helpful. I booked the house after full review and smooth communications. Before the checkin date, Debbie and Jared provided us all necessary information for house. When we arrived the house, all information was exactly the same as we were told. We felt so familiar with the house. All appliances and facilities are in good shape. Debbie and Jared even generously provided some snacks and beverages. We felt so comfortable there. The night before checkout, Debbie and Jared provided a checklist so that we know what we should do. It is my first time to book a house at Vrbo, and it was such a pleasant journey to stay in Debbie and Jared house. A total worry- free experience. I definitely will come back when I visit Atlanta city next time.

Our family spend a few days at the shore and had a fabulous time! The house was so clean and well organized, everything was meticulously labeled so no guesswork was needed. Basically bring your clothes and groceries because everything else was provided. Plenty of space for our whole family and the dog. The second floor deck is great as well. All in all a wonderful house.

Debbie and Jared are the best hosts ever! This is our second time renting this house and we are so impressed with the how well stocked the house is and all of the amenities they include. The house is perfect for our family and a short walk to the beach! They are so welcoming: always checking in to see how things are going. A+ all around!!

The Vassar Beach House is both luxurious and welcoming! It is wonderfully decorated with comfortable furniture, so many amenities, and beach vibes. The kitchen has everything a chef would need and more. Debbie and Jared's attention to detail is just impeccable! Having the two parking spots in the driveway (in addition to two street parking passes) was so appreciated. The beach and boardwalk are less than 2 blocks away. Thank you Debbie and Jared for creating this amazing vacation home!

We love the Atlantic City, Ventnor, Margate beach communities. Always something to do and a great mix of old and new. This house was just that! Fully renovated and updated with attention to every detail. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend this property!

We stayed at the Ventnor beach house for a cheer competition and had a wonderful time. The property has EVERY amenity available, and you truly feel at home. The house is very clean, well kept and is beautifully decorated. Close to local casinos and travel is easy. Kitchen is great. If you plan to cook all good quality supplies are at your disposal. Debbie and Jared have paid attention to every detail to make your stay comfortable. A definite recommend!

We loved staying in Debbie and Jared’s place. They were excellent hosts and provided great amenities (especially the awesome kitchen which we used for every meal). Love that this place is close to the casinos and night life but far enough that we were able to have a nice quiet weekend with family near the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful 5 weeks Homeowners are very attentive to their guests needs

The house looked exactly like the pictures if not better. It was super clean and beautifully decorated. The amenities were insane- you literally were provided with everything you would ever need from beach chairs to q tips. Debbie was very responsive and helpful. I have never been to Ventnor and the beach was clean, not too crowded and beautiful. My only complaint was the neighborhood-I felt like I was back in Philly. The block was very narrow and city like and it didn’t feel like I was at the beach. There is a beautiful deck off the master bedroom and the view was of the homes across the street. If you don’t mind the above mentioned this house is amazing and great to entertain inside.

We had an amazing time in Debbie and Jared’s house. Everything was there for us. We just had to bring food!! Every convenience at our fingertips...including the Ventnor beach. Thanks!!👍🏻

We had an amazing time with our group of 10 friends! The house was perfect, with plenty of room for everyone and fully stocked with all the towels, sheets, shower supplies, cleaning supplies, etc. Debbie and Jared even left beers, water, and snacks for us. The location was great, steps from the beach and a 10 minute cab ride to the casinos. Debbie and Jared were extremely hospitable and helpful and communicated everything we needed to know. I would stay at the property again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone else!!

This is the second time I have stayed at the owners property!! These owners think of everything! I am always so happy and impressed and my family really enjoys the stay every time. They make it so easy to sit back and relax and enjoy your stay. Accomadating all your needs from coffee to new sponges, to make up towels and awesome shampoo and conditioner in each shower. Not to mention the decorating and cleanliness of the priority is superb! I highly recommend any property’s offered by Debbie and Jared!

We were bummed we couldn’t rent the same house from Debbie as we did a few weeks prior....... until we arrived!! Wow! What an awesome surprise!!! It was just as perfect as the last. The house was super clean, with awesome decorations, & everything you could possible need available for us in the house. They have thought of everything. (Even a shovel since this is the second time we have been this year during snow.) We love the special treats Debbie left for us😉� We will definitely be planning to come back and rent from Debbie and Jared again. As always, a wonderful house & wonderful owners! House was perfect! We were two families - a total of 10 people. There was plenty of room. The house is beautifully done - they really have thought of everything. The house is right near the boardwalk and there is also an amazing park near by, which our kids loved. Jared and Debbie were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended. This is by far one of the best rentals I have been in!

We took a gamble on this property as there were no reviews to base our judgements. My friends and I may not have hit it big at the Casinos but we sure hit the jackpot with this house. Upon entering, we were immediately blown away. This property is BEAUTIFUL. If I could hire Debbie & Jared to remodel my house, I would in a heartbeat. There is so much space. 10 people would fit more than comfortably--we never had an issue fighting for a bathroom. And the house has EVERYTHING you could ever need. I'm not kidding. The kitchen is fully stocked with every cooking pan, utensil and gadget needed to make just about any meal. Every time we opened a cabinet or drawer we were like "Omg they thought of everything!" The beach is literally two blocks away. The house is also a quick uber ride to the casinos. It is even walking distance to Wawa and liquor stores...need I say more? Can't really comment on Debbie & Jared's communication as we had absolutely 0 issues with the house but they did send messages to make sure we checked in okay and to see if we needed anything. I have a feeling they would be more than helpful if any problems came up. We cannot wait to come back. Seriously we want to do a yearly trip here, it was that great. Book it! You will not be disappointed! (Also, thank you to the hosts for the ego boost. Everyone gave me compliments for finding such an awesome place :-))

The property was meticulously maintained and was fully stocked with the basics and very comfortable. We appreciated the bath towels and beach towels being available for us to use. Our location to the beach was great and only took a few minutes to walk. We would definitely return and highly recommend!

Just returned from a wonderful week in Ventnor, NJ at the Vassar Beach House. The house had everything we needed...beach chairs, beach tags, towels... Each bedroom and bathroom was spacious and clean. The kitchen and dining area were large and easily fit our group of 10. Living room space has large sofa where we could sit together. The deck upstairs was also a lovely space to hang out. Easy walk to the beach and Wawa. Really felt like staying at a luxury hotel with all the amenities included, but also like being at home because the house is so cozy and welcoming. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

A couple of friends and I booked this place for a reunion and we were all SUPER impressed by the cleanliness quality of the finishes in the apartment. It felt very comfortable and I cannot stress enough how clean it is. Debbie and Jared definitely went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed. They even got us complimentary snacks and beer! This house is literally brand new and it’s in a perfect location. The top balcony is a great feature as well. I would definitely stay here again in the future!!!!
