The location is pretty much impossible to beat. It’s in the middle of the middle of Toulouse.

The unit is in the back bottom of a courtyard that never gets sunlight. As a result, the place is very cold and damp. We didn’t find it particularly clean, especially the front door due to the flock of pigeons that seem to live in the upper windows. Finally, the plumbing just wasn’t good: you can’t take a shower without the shower pan filling up and taking several minutes to drain. There’s a washing machine that drains into the shower pan as well and that’s not very pleasant either.

Location was fantastic, with an easy entry/exit procedure. The space was well laid out, and the kitchen had everything we needed to store and enjoy our snacks. We are in Toulouse a few times a year and this spot is now our go-to!

The drainage in the shower is slow, so there is risk of flooding while in there.

Great little apartment, bigger than we expected. Has everything you need, we cooked a couple of nights very easily. Perfect location, couldn't be more central but very quiet, tucked away in a little courtyard. Lovely comfy bed too!

The entrance door was not clearly marked....there were a number of different doors in the courtyard.This was probably a problem for us because of our poor French....the owner did send instructions but we miss read them!The very helpful neighbours pointed us in the right direction.

It was perfect. Clean, comfortable, city central but in a quiet courtyard. Felt very secure for a solo traveler. Excellent communication from host. Remote entry. very affordable. Lovely bed and shower. it was fantastic.

Location, precise indications by the owner and advice on Toulouse visit, decoration

The location, in the heart of the city, is perfect to move around without transportation. If one needs transport there are two lines of Metro barely two blocks in each direction from the property and buses too. The owner, Mr. Hervé, who speaks English, was very polite, and extremely helpful and flexible which I appreciated it very much. The area is very lively during the day (shops, cafes, restaurants, patisseries yummy!) and the big department store Monoprix, as well as the famous Galleries Lafayette, are less than 10 min away by walking. At night the area is quiet. The apartment, very well appointed and spotless clean, is also quiet and very safe. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is big and the shower is fan-tas-tic!!

I made a couple of suggestions to Mr. Hervé about gadgets for the kitchen that I am pretty sure he will take care of. I would also increase the privacy of the bathroom's window.

Host is very tentative.

Bedroom is quite cold and you can feel the wind blowing in from the bedroom wall.

Great situation in the heart of the old town. Nice cosy little flat with all appliances, and thoughtful host who left us coffee, tea and all we needed to cook. Great system to check in with the app as we were arriving quite late in the evening. Bright clean and modern.

Pillows were too thin but otherwise loved all about it.
