For us as a big family , although I already knew, was just the fact it has only one toilet

Location was good, an esay walk to the town centre, nice balconies with nice views.

The location is really nice to discover Aveiro. Main spots are in walking distance, but it is also quiet in the evening and the view over the laguna is lovely. Some days you even see flamingos from the balcony. The flat isn't new, but well equipped. And the 2 balconies are definetly the highlight. The hosts are welcoming and the communication with Particia is fast and very helpful.

Some other reviewers complained about the fee for parking in the street starting at 9 am. But if you buy a ticket in the evening you can schedule it until e.g. 10 am. Fee for full day is 2€ (08-2021). I would not recommend using the quite old washing maschine,

Very spacious apartment near the center of Aveiro, good location to explore the town and the surrounding nature. The kitchen was very well equipped and the host was very thoughtful and friendly. We really felt at home!

If you sit in the living room in the later evening, there was only one very bright and white light for the room – maybe some smaller lights or candles would create a nicer atmosphere.

The apartment was charming, perfectly located and incredibly clean. Our host was so lovely and gave great recommendations. I highly recommend this stay in Aveiro!
