We have stayed multiple times at this unit. It is so convenient to everything. The host has been super responsive and very helpful when we had questions. Recent changes in the living area really set this property apart!!

This home is perfect for a family vacation to the beach. The owner was very communicative and the property looked exactly like the pictures. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and we loved being open to the greenbelt for kids to play.

The property was great and host was very responsive. Enjoyed the flexibility with all the Watercolor pools and beach. Only issue was felt basic things like toilet paper, paper towels and trash can liners should be provided for duration of stay. Also very limited glassware.

This was the perfect house for 2 adults, age 70, 2 adults age 40's and 3 adults age 30's plus kids ages 1,2,5,13 and 17! There was plenty of room and better yet, plenty of bathrooms. Once we got to the house, it was open so that startled us a bit. There was a repair man inside but after calling the host, all was ok. We never had to call her again. It was an amazing place to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday!

Beautiful home in a perfect location! We had a couple of minor problems with the dryer acting up and cleaning crew being late, but the owner handled the issues promptly with fantastic communication so that it didn’t hinder our vacation. We had such a great experience that we’ve already booked our vacation here again next year at the same time.

This was the perfect space for a large group of ladies to spend a long weekend together. The porches and living spaces are nice and provided plenty of room for us to hang out. The passes to all of the Watercolor amenities made it so easy to enjoy the beach and the pool. The one thing everyone forgot was shampoo/conditioner and soap for the shower. It was no big deal that there wasn't any at the house, but just remember to bring your own!

The property was great and easy access to all Watercolor amenities. Some of the furniture and appliances did show some wear and had issues, and I mentioned that to the owner. The golf cart was a great addition and made the trip worthwhile. Would stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful time in Watercolor with our family of (8) celebrating a 70th birthday and our granddaughter's high school graduation. The house was beautiful and beds were amazingly comfortable. Had an issue with golf cart not fully charging but was quickly resolved. Kathryn was very quick to respond to our needs. Will definitely return!

I booked this home for my bachelorette weekend with my best girl friends, mom, and mother-in-law. It was the best weekend! This home is clean, filled with everything you need and more, and Kathryn is a phenomenal host! She is very attentive and quick to respond. We will be renting this home again in the future!

We rented this perfect house for a gathering of high school and college friends for a convenient reunion and retreat. It was a perfect space to get together, watch a little college football, and enjoy the coast. Our group also participated in a wedding at Eden Garden State Park during the weekend. The location is perfect. Very convenient to the state part, groceries, and dining. The home was perfect for a multi-couple get together with private baths for all bedrooms, and bunk rooms for kids. Fantastic house, fantastic location, and easy check-in/check-out.

Home was well appointed, clean and the hospitality of the owner/manager was incredible. Location is great, easy walk to pool, golf cart and bikes made getting everywhere a breeze. This place would easily accommodate two and maybe even three families. There was just four of us and we had lots of room to roam! Can’t wait for our next visit to Shore is Nice.

Awesome location!
We went with family and friends, including teenagers (ahhhhhh!!). Loved being close to Publix for constant food and drink runs. Our group was ages 13+ and the teens enjoyed making a “golf course” in the courtyard behind the house and playing for hours. The home’s location made it easy getting to Watercolor beach access and Seaside. Seaside’s great for food and shopping and you can access its public beach (if you rent a beach chair).

Beautiful home in a magical place!
Best vacation ever! This home is amazing with 3 king suites! It’s a beautiful home with use of a 6-person golf cart. Access to the Watercolor Resort and beach made for a perfect family vacation. I cannot say enough good about this home. We absolutely loved it!

Excellent Watercolor Property
We loved everything about this house. Ample sq footage for our group(6 adults/2kids). Pool just down from the house, golf cart included, Publix and Camp Watercolor less than a mile away. I don’t think we needed our car the entire stay. Super convenient to everything you would want. Watercolor beach club is about 1.5 miles away but easily accessible with the cart. We loved everything about the house, location and amenities

We used the golf cart to cruise the area and go to the beach club and pool club. It was a fun time with family in a nice home!
