Overall nice. Kitchen and dining area nice. Master bedroom area nice. Beds very hard. Might need updated? Couch in living room definately needs replaced.

We loved the house and the location. The home was clean and they provided a pack n play as well as high chair which saved us so much room in the car. Plenty of room for our family of 5 and you can’t beat the location. Walking distance from a few great places to eat and so close to lots of great attractions. Would love to come back again!

Loved the property! Town was beautuful! Access to hikes right out the door. Fishing in a pond in short walking distance. Creek right across the road. Outside space to play. Very close to colorado springs and very close to Pikes Peak. Some notes: have to pay for wifi. There is no where to throw trash bags out. Great space. Actually very cozy!!! My large family lived the stay. Will stay here again!!

This is our 2nd time back and it was as amazing as ever! Cabin was clean and perfect for our family. We got to enjoy seeing deer and geese right outside. We'll be back again!

Exactly what we were looking for for our grandsons who love to fish!

It was easy to get to. There was myself, my husband and our adult daughter. We chose this location because my husband currently is experiencing difficulty in walking and we could not climb stairs. It is close to the lake and gazebo. Very quiet. One evening 3 or 4 deer jumped the fence to our neighbor's front yard and feasted on green grass! Plenty of space for a family of 8 as advertised.

A cute cottage with everything we needed. The property managers were easy to communicate with. We especially liked the location: close to the lake, playground, Blue Moose Tavern and the Pantry. Would stay here again.

Great place and location, very relaxing. Wifi was not the best. Had to go outside to make phone calls. I feel like that was because of the location. Everything was as described and very up to date, with the exception of the couch. It’s time for the owners to buy a new couch.

Our family loved our stay in this cozy little mountain town. We have three young toddlers and this was a great place for us. Highly recommend for families!

We would definitely stay again! My grandma actually lived in this town 65 years ago. She now lives in Colorado Springs. And she drove up to meet us there to have breakfast at the pantry!

We had 4 couples stay in town as well. They were jealous of our place. Plenty of space and cozy. There’s a washer and drier. It’s a magical little town. Everyone is so friendly and warm. The views are incredible. We even saw a deer in the yard.

This cottage was perfect for our weekend getaway. The kids enjoyed the park across the street and walking to The Pantry for breakfast was ideal. The kids also enjoyed all the fun games and cards at the cottage as well. We never got around to cooking but the kitchen had everything needed for that.

The cottage is located close to Colorado Springs and nearby attractions. We visited the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Cave of the Winds, Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City and Woodland Park. Green Mountain Falls has dining and souvenir shops of their own. The cottage is literally just a few steps away from a most peaceful stream and a pond with beautiful views of the mountains!

Scenic vacation
We had an absolutely wonderful time. Place was clean and everything worked as it should. The people in town were very friendly. Traffic in the area was absolutely terrible, but probably due to the Fourth of July Weekend. The little town of Green Mountain Falls had people everywhere. Even with that we had an Awesome stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lakeside Cottage. The property was clean, comfortable and in the perfect setting. We ate breakfast at The Pantry (a short walk from the cottage) - delicious food. We also hiked the Thomas Trail which was a short distance from the cottage. It was a bit of a trek but well worth it. The cottage is in a great location- near the popular attractions. I highly recommend the Lakeside Cottage.

Our stay was amazing. The cabin was everything and more than we could need. Super clean, full of necessary items to make meals, and great location! We'll be back for sure!!
