We liked the location, easy to get to anywhere along the coast. Relatively quiet area. Host was excellent and patient while helping with a TV issue. Instructions provided in advance and in the condo were excellent. Really enjoyed our stay.

We had issues opening the washer door but otherwise had no complaints.

Very family friendly and has everything you may need for your vacation. It’s a very short distance from the beach and also has 2 great pools. Across the street is a recreation center with a splash pad and playground for kids, and multiple sports courts. The location is amazing and has so much to offer. The owners are very helpful with any questions. We are very happy with our stay and would absolutely come again.

Location and amendities

This little condo was perfect. There was more than enough room for the 4 of us. We spent a couple days on the beaches and hit both pools sporadically. Shy of providing bathing suits(not that I wanted them too, lol) this condo had supplies for everything..except video games and I was thankful for it. This trip was on my bucket list(I have ALS). We looked for a destination up and down the East coast and stopped when we found this place. Walking distance to everything and really the only driving we did was to StPetes and to the airport.

The entry gate was a little bit of pain, but all in all, this little condo is on our plans already to return to vacation.

The location was perfect! A short walk to the beach, a great condo community with pools, basketball courts, fishing, balcony to play cards and relax at night, great people within the community. Very clean, great decorations, comfy beds, plenty of extra bedding, beach towels, beach toys. Easy check in and check out. Loved it!!

Honestly, every detail exceeded our expectations. The cost value compared to other options was incredible! Had I better investigated the details of the condo and the location of everything, even with a family of 6, we had no need for a rental car, so that felt like wasted money.

The home was very nice

The condo was perfect. Close to the beach, nice pool, all the stuff in closet to use. Definitely will be renting again soon
