Die Lage war gut

Die Klimaanlage wurde nicht warm. Der Fernseher war defekt. Es war sehr hellhörig, die Nachbarn waren laut. Kein Schallschutz. Die Fliesen im Pool waren kaputt. Keine schriftliche Beschreibung von der Umgebung.

Marvellous villa in the countryside, very close to the stunning Algarve coast. We stayed in the lovely Studio 3 which is spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony with a beautiful view. We were provided with a full guide prior to our arrival, instructions to access the property were extremely clear and the host was very responsive and friendly. We loved it!!

Nothing particularly negative to flag. Despite the general and clear rules, some guests have been very noisy chatting on the balcony at 1-2am, but that's just lack of good manners and common sense that falls outside the hosts' responsibility. The accommodation is approx. 15 minutes drive from Lagos so renting a car needs to be considered when booking.

The Quinta was very clean and Kiki, the property manager, was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything.

There were no negatives to our stay.

Great sized and beautiful 4 bedroom villa. We loved the pool and the cliff top walk to Burgau (about 25/30 mins). Koen was a great local host.

We loved everything. Missed a nearer shop for essentials but knew when we booked that a car was recommended.

A lovely little bolt hole for a few days of our trip. The studio was spacious enough for us (2 adults and a pre-schooler) and had everything you need. Also, the beds were soooo comfy all three of us slept longer than we have in a long time! The pool was a good size and clean with safety fence around so the children couldn't just run in. We went for a lovely walk on the cliffs behind the villa where you get great views. The owners had good local information and we were able to check in early as the studio had been cleaned too. You need a car.

Overall clean and matching description (except what is listed in the negative points). The place was fairly well equipped, the shared pool was nice, and the barbecue (not shared, just for the flat) was a nice addition even though in the end we didn't take advantage of it. The area was quiet.

Humidity in the flat, aircon needed pretty much all the time not really for the heat but to dry the place. Added to that, the bathroom had no window so as you can guess there were moldy spots here and there. Washing machine listed as equipment of the place, but shared with all the flats, not too much of a problem but if you're unlucky you might come back at the end of the day to everyone wanting to wash their clothes at the same time. Poor WiFi, good at times and in certain places, but don't rely on it for work. A bit surprised by some additional people staying in campervans on the parking. It wasn't too much of an issue for us but expect them as additional people around the shared facilities.

We stayed in 1st apartment which is good size for 2 persons and it had everything you need for self catering stay. Kitchen had more items available then expected. Beds are comfortable. Patio area is perfect and private enough, only time you see someone passing near is when other residents parking their cars, which is rare as Villa has only few apartments. Swimming pool has a lot sun during a day. Definitely recommend.

Great location, nice and quiet but nearby Lagos and walking distance over the cliffs to Burgau. Very nice and friendly staff and very clean and spacious room with everything you need, could even do the laundry. Great swimmingpool and safe for children because there is a fence around it.
