The location is really good, it has a good pool with good views, the service was really good! Wehen we were there they help with everything for example with the Quad renting and our last day, after caming from another island, they let us stay in the pool the whole day and keep our baggages in the lobby so that we can feel comfortable and secure.

You can't do the check in before 13:00 so we have to wait until then and it was not as clean as I would like to be. The breakfast was a bit short but it is OK.

location was difficult to find - front desk staff was unhelpful with description and sat nav wasn’t helpful.

on arrival was put in a room with 3 single bed despite requesting a double bed at ether point of booking - owner was rude and disrespectful when I contacted him to find resolution. breakfast was a sham and staff in the kitchen could do with some customer service training - lady was clearing up whilst I was trying to get breakfast and even poured my tea away . despite coming to breakfast late expected the lady to at least ask if I needed anything but she was more focused on clearing up than being helpful didn’t spend the last night at the hotel and had to make alternative arrangements

My room was quite specious and was with all the facilities. I got all the possible support from hotel staff for our enjoyable stay.

We stayed just one night in this property. The property met all the necessary requirements. It's a bit of walking from the main place, but overall value for money.

In our room, the hot tub did not work. It did not get warmer even after they tried. The employees said it's due to the weather ( true, it was very windy), but the hot tub should get heated independently of that.

Amenities were nice. We had a balcony, a great view of sea and property was very pretty. Room could be updated to fit outdoor space. We were able to arrange a ferry shuttle with them and as we would miss breakfast the woman at desk got me instant coffee, cake, bread, cereal to bring to room the night before since the buffet wouldn’t be open when we left. She was very very nice

Good location and the jacuzzi and cleaning staff were kind and available every day. The concept of the hotel is cool and different with a great view.

The breakfast could have had more variety. The pool was freezing and the rooms were not very clean. In addition, reception/management staff was not available at all times and the showers did not provide hot water early in the morning.

The pool area was really nice and clean. The AC in the bedroom was very good.

Staff were not very helpful or friendly. We arrived early and had a late ferry the day of departure and the receptionist was not helpful at all. She left at 8pm and the man working the night there was much more friendly. He left us sit inside and wait. The bathroom was extremely grubby/smelly and really unacceptable for this property.

The hotel over booked. I booked this room two years ago. Covid wouldn’t let us go so we postponed. When we arrived they sent us to a different undesirable hotel. I have three more nights booked and they wouldn’t honour it.

The pool was great. Cool. Clean. Available seating all around and a bridge to hide under from the sun.

Not really sure what qualifies this hotel as a 4 star hotel… but at least it was cheap so I guess we got what we paid for. Our room smelled like cat urine, some of the furniture was falling apart, there was a hole in the shower near the floor with an electrical wire sticking out, the fridge was dirty, the soap/shampoo containers were dirty and likely refilled, and the breakfast was sad. To add insult to injury on the day of our checkout we received a very early call (woke us up) reminding us we needed to pay at the front when we check out …. Then house keeping was knocking on the door saying they needed to clean almost an hour before check out time…and then another call asking again when we would pay…..when we told them we would check out on time they demanded we go and pay immediately. My wife complied and went down to the office where the manager and an employee (no other customers) were chatting and she was ignored for several minutes before being helped. Their credit card machine was “broken” and after trying the second time to get cash the manager had to use a QR code and have her pay through her phone. No thank you, no ask of how our stay was, no apology for the early wake up and demands. The 3 star rating is simply due to the pool. It was nice.

Nothing. We booked a suite at this Hotel. Day before arrival, we sent WhatsAPP message telling us no availability and could offer a different hotel. We had booked 9 months ago.

Whole experience as different hotel was not a suite and now trying to get refund is proving hard

Excellent stay, we were transferred to other accommodation which was closer to the city centre and staff were friendly. Hotel was beautiful

The property was excellent. It had a wonderful location, and the rooms were extremely modern.

We had booked with Blue Suites. However, our host informed us that we would stay at Blue Suites for our first night, and then the rest of our stay (4 more nights) at another hotel, one street over. We were not informed of this beforehand, and we were not 100% sure why this was the case. However, the secondary hotel was much more modern, and generally nicer, than the Blue Suites hotel. We were hoping for a double room with a sea view, however there was none available upon check-in. The room we received was brilliant, though it was ground level with no view.
