Lots of space for my family. Great area and very close to everything we wanted to do.

Inside was much better than outside. The next door neighbors who live there year round were very friendly to us. It would help to cut the weeds down in the yard. I would not let the kids play in the back yard or my dog to use it either. Good location to the beach and enough beds and bathrooms for all of us. I think everyone enjoyed the stay.

Wonderful property for a family. Close to the beach and very quiet. Management company is very helpful and friendly.

Not enough towels. Supposed to be linen exchanged on Tuesdays, this never happened. The beds/mattresses were old and uncomfortable. There was one tucked in a corner that had to be used and there was a stash of garbage in the corner of that area. Who knows how long it had been there as there was no way to get at it unless you pulled the bed out. There was not a covered garbage out side. We left a bag of garbage out side, as we were told to in the morning, and an animal got into it. The management called me and threw me attitude because they had to pick the garbage up out of the yard. I explained that there was no covered garbage can to put bags into. That was met with the argument that, Yes there was and I needed to use it. Then I was hung up on. It put a roof over our head but overall my guys and myself were not comforatble at all.

Perfect location for 2 families to share with lots of room to not feel cramped on each other. Loved the Mudd room to take off sandy shoes before entering home. Only negative I can say is the carpets are really really stained. They should be replaced.

Couple of beds need new mattresses. Couldn't get a hold of anyone to help with front door code.

Nice place to stay

It is a cozy home with a lot of room. Beautiful views from upstairs windows. It was nice that it is right on a clamming beach. The only negative is the carpets are nasty.

When I made our reservation 8 months ago, there was a hot tub listed. Also a propane grill outside. We planned for both. We were unhappy at having to go locally to buy overpriced charcoal and a lighter because the grill was NOT propane. And there was NO hot tub. The house was quite warm after being closed up before our arrival, so we opened windows only to find that most were missing screens. And, those that had them had holes in them. There is no AC in this house, so we had to tolerate moths and flies in order to cool the house down. The master bedroom is not on the main heating system for the house. It has a gas stove, that doesn't work. Thank goodness for the extra blankets that we brought with us. When getting ready to cook breakfast the morning after our arrival, we found that the vent fan and light over the stove don't work. We had to open windows and use a standing fan to move the fumes from cooking bacon. One of the skillets in the cupboard has the coating flaking off so badly that I was tempted to throw it away. The bottom rack of the dishwasher doesn't fit properly, so doesn't move as it should for pulling it out or pushing it in. The chairs and couches are so broken down that I, at a very overweight 58 years old with a bad knee, found it easier to sit on the floor than to try to get out of them. We paid a pet deposit to be able to take our dog and were warned about the possibility of paying for any damages. When we arrived, before my dog ever came in the house, I documented so many pet stains that the pet deposit should be refunded. We actually left the carpets cleaner than we found them. The location close to the beach is nice, but people should be warned about the house two doors down that is loaded with junky vehicles filled with garbage. Previous experiences with VRBO will have me reserving again, but not with the management company that takes care of this property.

They did a good job of describing the property. We were pleased by it’s cleanliness and facilities/beds. Kitchen well supplied with appliances. Very comfortable for 10 of us.

Overall, our stay was very pleasant. I would suggest that management of this property includes soap and shampoo to the bathrooms. Other than that it was a great stay!

The house accommodated all of our family and left a couple beds to spare. The kitchen was well equipped and the front porch room was perfect for shedding sandy clothes coming back from the beach.

As advertised. Neat house, clean and easy communication with property management. Little bit of a delay with checking in. But that was not an issue because it was out of their control due to previous guests checked out late. Will reccomend.

The house location is great. Plenty of space for 5 adults and 5 children. Beds and carpet is old and stinky but property management company did their best to keep it clean. Very responsive team manage the house.

We had an amazing stay.

We loved this house for a two family getaway. We had four kids between ages 5 and 7 and they loved the bunk room. We also took a puppy and had a 7mo the old infant. This house was the prefect size for two Small families to share.The pots and pans need updating the Teflon on the pans especially was destroyed and that makes it dangerous to cook with them. We had to get creative and wished we had brought our own. Also the back yard needed mowing. Everything else was perfect and we honestly didn’t want to leave when it was time to go. Easy walk to a small grocery store and easy walk to the beach plus only about 8 minutes from Ocean Shores. The garage has openers for easy use as well. We arrived at the house and were impressed with how well it worked for our family and friends. There was plenty is space for everyone. It was very kid friendly. There was adult space and kid space. We loved that once we arrived we only had a short walk to the market or to the beach. No driving, so relaxing. We also love to all cook together and found the kitchen to be better stocked than most rentals. It does need a couple new fry pans. We would stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Easy access for clam digging and a short drive to town.

House was larger than I expected. Pictures didn’t do the house any justice, Much nicer.Picture of master bedroom needs to be updated. The room is very large with a large TV, decorated very nicely. Game room upstairs and large eat in kitchen were great for broad games and meals. Short Walk to beach. Only negatives were the stairs to the family area...a little steep but we managed (ages 73 and 69 that walk with a cane) Also, the front stairs are tilted and a little slippery. Hand rails on both sides and skid guards would improve the safety. My husband fell the first day walking up the stairs injured is hand and forearm. Would stay again.

We had a great time at the house. It had plenty of room and the game area upstairs was a source of nightly fun. The closeness to the beach is great - just a short walk and you’re on the beach enjoying the sights. We also visited the southwestern side of Olympic Park - our primary reason for choosing the location. We did encounter a couple of issues - the dishwasher does not release the soap, so all dishes need to be washed by hand. The biggest problem was the trash situation. When we arrived, there were 6-7 bags of very smelly trash in the garage. There are no trash cans outside to dispose of the trash so occupants are instructed to put trash in the garage. These bags of trash that were in the garage when we arrived caused the master bedroom upstairs and the lower level around the dining table to smell of garbage. The trash was picked up on the second day of our stay only after I made a couple of calls to complain. Fix the trash situation or at the very least don’t have trash from previous occupants in the garage when the new occupants arrive and you have a great place to stay.

Easy walk to Ocean beach, easy drive into Ocean Shores. Lovely to go to sleep and wake to the sound of the ocean. Quiet neighborhood, friendly campers at nearby mobile, cabin resort. Vacation home welcomes dogs, our small dogs vacationed with us. Suggest removal of carpet, dirty and smelly, had to keep upstairs windows open due to strong odor. Non- carpet Flooring options suggested for dog friendly vacation rental. We had house keeping come and clean downstairs flooring , tile, on our arrival due to strong dog urine odor. Several lovely decks but no patio future. Morning sun is fantastic on back deck-sitting on deck stairs to read uncomfortable. Briquette small BBQ on back deck had not been cleaned since used by previous renters, mound of briquette ash in tray, with that said, we didn’t BBQ. Home needs attention to make it a welcoming VRBO- home away from home..

My family and I enjoyed the place. The closeness of the beach, hearing the waves from the house, the kids enjoyed the puzzles and games provided. Thank you for having us!

The house was big, and clean. There is a peek-a-boo view from the upstairs, you can hear and smell the ocean. The surrounding area is dumpy, with old vehicles, vacant shacks and such.

Everything we needed was in the home. Nice walk to Copalis Beach.

The homes location is great. However; within the first couple of minutes.... we were all eaten alive by bugs in the home.

House was very spacious and sleep more than advertised. A few things could use fixing, I left a list on counter. Very minor things. Really did have everything in the kitchen and bathrooms we needed. Many games and Movies. Well thought out amenities. Clean and fit our family of 6 adults 1 child 1 dog with space galore. Older home but taken care of. Walk to beach was very pleasant. Local fun to be had.

The home was clean, large, and close to the beach. There are some RV parks nearby. Most of the neighborhood is a bit run down. But this home was a nice getaway for us. Would stay here again.
